I really enjoyed the cheeseburger here at American Burgers in Grantsville. I used to go to the one in Herriman before they closed. It was nice to see the restaurant here on my way heading home. Onion rings were perfectly cooked and the right quality. I ordered a shake that was also very well made. Great place to stop in and get some food if you have never tried this place. Thank you

onion rings were crispy and so good, the fries and fry sauce were awesome too.
The shakes are amazing, we had the pumpkin flavor and it tasted fresh and natural.
Clean lobby with clean tables

Their lemon rice was very salty and sour
Chicken gyro sandwich had dry chicken and the relish on top was very salty and watery.
My husband had the chicken plate, and said his chicken was dry.

I never leave a review on anything but I was honestly baffled at the way I was treated by the staff!! The kid working the drive through. Was so unpleasant and unprofessional!! I work in customer service so trust me I understand it’s not fun at times but do better!! American burger TEACH THESE KIDS SOME ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! It will get them way farther in life than th kid that didn’t even greet me or anything just threw the card reader in my face and asked me to tip him….

Well the food was delivered pretty quickly for as short staffed as they are. All but one persons food. We had to ask for that. But then we were past ready to leave before they got around to making our shakes and ice cream. We had to go ask several times for those. It was busy so I know how hard it must be to stay on top of all the tasks, but we had to go find a rag and wipe down our own table in order to have somewhere clean to sit. The food was only okay. The fries were a little greasy and the burgers were only okay. But the kids were happy with corn dogs and such. The shakes were slightly runny. The ice cream cone was huge and very yummy! We had a good time here despite some inconveniences.

Food was good, but not the portion they gave me. A small bag of fries, a 1/2 pound burger, and a large drink: $17. That is outrageous! I could get 2 meals for that price at McDonalds! The lady in the back, handling all the burgers just kept slapping the fire out with a towel, while I’m standing here waiting for my food for 10 minutes straight, and there is a line and no one is at the front. Some place this manager is running here. Do Better!

I routinely have gone in for a Reese’s Caramel Shake. Every time I tip. And every time I get caramel but hardly any Reese’s. I’ve shared this with management (usually the same guy) who every time has said there should be more. I keep going back, hoping one day I’ll get my money’s worth without having to complain.
Today, I did not tip because my consistent problem, and the entitled individual at the window was so rude and got worse when I told them there were, yet again, no Reese’s in my shake.
I usually give good reviews or pass feedback privately, but this is evidence this particular store does not correct issues, and doesn’t promote professionalism. Wanted to make sure any visitors of Grantsville know they should try any other place first.

This is the first time I have been to this place. I ordered the chicken and fries. Both were crispy and delicious. The ranch dipping sauce was awesome. I will definitely come here again.
