One of the larger, cleaner, most well stocked Dunkin I have shopped in. Even on a Saturday night they had most doughnut varieties available. Lots of tables and chairs, bathrooms available, and a very clean place. Service was friendly and professional. Lots of parking out front.

This locations donuts are plain out disgusting. They are made hours before serving like other locations. But they have a cycle of keeping stale donuts on the shelves. By the time they serve the freshly baked donuts, those donuts are now stale. It seems like they sit for a whole day before serving because they are usually rock hard. Im surprised there aren’t many comments on this because it’s been going on for years.

Don’t bother going here, the service is horrible the coffee was cold the attitude that i got from the employees was terrifying. I don’t know if it was because i was.a black man but don’t go here unless your white vey upsetting ,This place is dirty and they touch everything with there.gloves on even your food after touching money and a dirty rag that is used to wipe down tablets. They are very slow and always mess up the order with no apology I had to go to a different Dunkin Donut, ,seriously the service at this new place was excellent and the nice lady helped me like I was family look at the recipe and the address of the other Dunkin Donut GO THERE If you want fresh food and coffee

The staff here is so friendly it is one of the main reasons why I drive from Lake Success to get stuff. I mean its dunkin’, service is quick but they take their time and get your order right. People think the customer service industry is dying, well this dunkin says otherwise. Parking lot is huge and they always decorate inside for holidays.

This is another one. I wish I could give zero stars. About 15 minutes of my life I’m never going to get back. I go in there on a Thursday afternoon at about 2 o’clock. There’s about eight people working behind the counter and one guy working the register. I finally get one person away from being served. Woman is now having a conversation with the One guy running the register asking about his kid and he’s telling her his kids doing volunteer work and this and that. This went on for about another seven minutes after the original eight minutes I was standing there Waiting. Also? There was no AC!!! It was 91° this day. I walked out of there dripping wet from sweat.

old guy at register seen him grab my donuts bare handed working register. and do it to other customers. actually got vanilla cream on finger. packaged it in front of me and swung his finger to floor to get it off. had no damm shame. i was so surprised i thought he at least used wax paper. nope! disrespectful . all rest emloyees looked like they wore gloves. he the owner/manager?! that does not care at all? nasty paid for clean food not nasty bare hands and finger dipped donuts
