We eat here almost every week after skiing. We love the buffalo bites and the burgers. They souce the meat locally and they are delicious. They have weekly soups and egg rolls which are always being changed up. Nice selection of beers and wine. Love the vibe. The service is always on point. I wish it was my “local” . Definitely worth the visit and Warner is a pretty town as well.

So so good! Great menu. Huge selection of beers. Eclectic menu. My mind is blown that you can make any burger a smash burger. Awesome service. Plenty of parking. Cute inside. Warm and friendly. I believe they do karaoke and often have live music. We can’t wait to come back! The burgers were delicious!

Could be the best burger I have had. What I loved about is its distinct flavor over other beef because they source their meat locally. I got the daily special, Cheesy Jalapeño Smash, and it was great. Perfectly seasoned. The gentleman taking our order was very friendly as well. I would not think twice about coming back again if the opportunity arose. 10/10

The Local is our go to spot for lunch on the way home from Skiing Mount Sunapee.
They have a great menu although I tend to get the same thing each time. (Pulled Pork grilled cheese sandwich). The rice bowl has nice flavor! Just tried that recently. Bartender “Bill”? Is always a pleasure to chat with and we love his choice of music!!!! Warner s a great location if you are traveling 89 between MA/ southern NH and VT to stop for lunch.
Highly recommend “The Local”.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Local – Warner, NH
If you ever find yourself passing through Warner, do yourself a favor and stop at The Local. This place nails that small-town charm with big-time flavor.
My wife went with The Pigpen — and let’s just say, it lived up to its name in the best possible way. Sloppy, saucy, and downright delicious — every bite was a sweet-and-savory masterpiece that hit all the right notes.
I went with the Smash Burger topped with pepper jack, fried onions, and just the perfect touch of BBQ sauce — smoky, crispy, and perfectly balanced. You can tell they care about quality here; everything tasted fresh and made with intention.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff super friendly, and the food… worth the drive all on its own.
If you find yourself anywhere near Warner, NH — give The Local a shot. You won’t regret it. We can’t wait to go back!

Good food and good service. The menu has something for everyone. Everything we had was tasty. Only gripe would be the small amount of turkey on my sandwich. But, it was still delicious.
Our server was friendly and accommodating. Plenty of seating!

Many years ago, I spent a couple of years in Warner trying to be an artist. I never did get there, but when I saw the sign for the Warner exit, i had to stop. In this tiny town with few options, you can get a great burger for a reasonable price. What a hidden gem

Great place if you’re on the 89 route. Excellent burger with locally sourced beef and an amazing bun. Very delicious onion soup. And great Cesar salad with shaved cheese that was very nicely prepared. Local beer, super reasonable. All the wait staff was super friendly. Definitely a great spot to stop in anytime we’re in the area. Highly recommend.

Very cute place! Not overcrowded even on Saturday night. Affordable. I got the chicken tender sandwhich and my boyfriend got the pulled pork grilled cheese which were both excellent. We were on our way home from hiking mt kearsarge and it was right on rt 89!

We drove to Warner, NH, from Portland, ME, to accompany our daughter who was performing at the Local tonight. Upon entering, we were immediately welcomed by the team. Gillian was our server and she was stupendous. Engaging, polite, and eager to help, we were impressed by her attitude. It seemed to permeate the entire establishment as everyone we interacted with really seemed to enjoy their jobs and all were quick to help. We would return!
