Food was some of the worst I ever had. Bought the grande burrito, and it super salty, the rice was blah, hardly had any beans in it. The picture is the burrito a day old. I’d take Chipotle over this place any day of the week. Very bad value for the dollar. I got a side of guacamole, it cost a fortune for the portion size. Anyways, wont be going back there again. I was there for lunch time

2 things that kinda grossed me out —
1. I ordered the Molcajete Burrito, and it listed Mexican sausage as one of the ingredients, and to my surprise it was a cut up hot dog couldn’t even pass as a type of Mexican sausage.. it was straight Oscar Meyer weiners.
2. The bathroom was not clean. Two of the three toilets were clogged and the one I used had TP scraps all over the floor.

It was also karaoke night but the music in between singers switched half way through songs, so it was kinda annoying to listen to during dinner. All in all, was not the best. May not return.

Excellent:
We entered for late weekend lunch. dining room was a good vibe. Decor on spot. Leisurely enjoyed our meal there. This place is Part restaurant, part bar, and apparently part dance club. the Service was excellent, and attentive, Staff was attractive, groomed and cordial. Quality of food was good.

I had gotten 4 Steak and 3 Birria Tacos. While my wife got 4 Carnitas Tacos. The wait was almost an hour! The lady who took our order was nice but you she told me 20 minutes like 4 times… But I’ve been here and it had a different name if I remember correctly. The tacos were still decent but not as good as before. The Spicy sauce is amazing and the steak tacos were pretty good too. The Birria lacked a-lot of flavor and so did the Consome! The Consome was very low quality, lots of oil on the top layer! And in the second photo my wife’s had piled up all of her rock hard pieces of pork they gave her. I usually eat the food she doesn’t want but that was extremely inedible.

Food was yummy but , if you’re not sitting down they aren’t the friendliest ..

I got to go and it’s like they didn’t care HOW my food looked; my tacos were a mess , cheese dip dripped all in the bag.
Oh and when I walked in to place the order ,(because nobody answers the phone ) it was like all the workers made me feel out of place like I was a bother to them…

It’s just very unfortunate because I had high hopes- it always smells so good when I drive past; I will say, it had a nice atmosphere. I just wish the experience was better .

I was surprised at how wonderful the food was. Reading some of the reviews once we sat down had me hoping they were wrong. They were, maybe they fixed things but what ever it was, it works. Our server was so sweet and a beautiful young lady. My chicken taco salad was the BEST I have had yet. I also ordered a tamale and it was AMAZING!!! I dont know know the name of what my husband had but it was huge. A little spicy at first bite but was really good. It looked like a giant burrito. Thank you for a great place to have a GREAT MEAL!!

Sadly were not as happy as we had expected to be considering other reviews. Service was fair. Food portions were very small considering price and did not all come out as ordered. Flavor was not there. Atmosphere was too loud. Second visit: birria tacos….soggy, lacking flavor, and devoid of cheese. Still too loud.

We had the Birria Quesadillas with the consume for dipping. Brother in Law at the pepper that came with it about twice as hot as a pickled jalapeño about just as hot as eating a fresh Jalapeño with cracked skin off the vine. He said the Birria consume and meat seasoning had too much cinnamon. Still ate it though lol. My sister had the Pina Fajitas which she loves and gets every time practically enough for two bigger folks and 4 smaller ones. Daughter had the Orchata and kids Quesadillas plate with rice and beans, she loved it. I had the volcan, it was served by itself but the waiter was gracious enough to bring flour tortillas when asked and a spoon because the Charo beans caldo mixed with the juice from the meat was fire ate it like a soup after having my fill of cheese, cactus, steak, chicken, and charo Beans, dos xx negra on tap 32 oz refreshingly cold. There was a team of greeters, servers, and cooks attending to us and the customer service was a 5 star experience. Frequently visiting the table, food came out super fast and hot and it was like an honor for them to serve you and do their best. The flavor of the food was ok, just as good as any other Mexican spot. The decor is being worked on the lighting was half fast done, could of made it more intimate and inviting at the booths. Used to be a Chinese buffet so it’s alot of work to convert completely understand but once they finish adding the decor and minor improvements it’s going to be a hit. Would highly recommend on service alone.

Now I’ve been coming here with my wife for the past year and we love it. Well I always get the Birria burrito, the burrito doesn’t come with consume so I have to ask for extra which is $5 and it comes in a 12oz cup. Well I asked for 2 extra comsume, and come in 2 5oz cups. Don’t start cheaping out on ya boy now, I need that 12 oz or at least charge less for a smaller amount.
