I rarely ever write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it. My husband and I dined in from 9:45 to 10:30 pm, and from the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine warmth. Our server was incredibly sweet and attentive—she mentioned she was new, but you would never guess it because she was fantastic. The real reason I felt compelled to write this review is because of the two young men in the back who were cooking. The food was phenomenal, honestly, the best steak and chicken we’ve ever had. We were so glad we had the chance to speak with them and tell them just how amazing everything was. Their talent and kindness truly made our night. They mentioned they only work on Fridays, which is unfortunate because everyone deserves to experience their cooking every day of the week. We will definitely be back and can’t wait for our next visit.

17 Dec ‘25 2 stars. we arrived at 1230 was seated and received our drinks and bread within a few minutes. Ordered a blooming onion and our meals. The onion came out hot, crispy, and delicious within just a few minutes. Our meals on the other hand took about 45 minutes. The steak was delicious. The baked potato was hot. My cheeseburger was not good it was much smaller than the bun and full of chunks of something that I couldn’t chew like gristle maybe, I’m not sure. Had to spit it out it was gross. My fries were hot but way undercooked, not good. So one meal was excellent and one meal was gross. The server was nice enough. The restroom was not clean. A person at next booth was vaping and no one said a word to her. No pics this visit.

15 Oct ‘25 2:30pm. 3 stars. Ordered late lunch takeaway. Blooming Fried Shrimp, cup of Baked Potato Soup, Cheeseburger with side House Salad. Order was 10 minutes late coming out which is exactly why I hate to tip ahead of service. The shrimp were good y’all, hot and crispy. The cup of soup was only half full so for $4.99 I received 1/2 cup, maybe less. Cheeseburger was good after I got home and added mustard, ketchup, mayo it did not resemble the menu pic at all. The slice of tomato on the burger was tiny but it did have a handful of lettuce. Salad was a big bowl of lettuce, three half pieces of tomato, a couple thin sliced cucumber, and literally a pinch of shredded cheese. So overall, it was all edible but really not worth the money. $33.47 + tax + $5.00 tip – $20 discount from last bad experience with burned to a crisp steaks.

Food and service were both great. Prices are fair for what you get, and the manager was especially kind and attentive. The atmosphere is family-friendly and comfortable. Overall, a solid dining experience from start to finish.

Outback Steakhouse has great values, but the food quality isn’t always the best. It seems like there’s a mix-up almost every time we go. I ordered the Bloomin’ Onion Burger but got a regular cheeseburger instead. The wait staff were very nice and handled it politely, and the drink I got was fun and tasty. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re looking for a casual meal at a good price, but the consistency could be better.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing visit. The food quality was poor across the board and not what I expect from Outback. In addition, the facility itself appeared dirty, which immediately raised concerns and took away from the experience.

To be fair, the service staff was polite and did their best, but it was clear they were severely understaffed. Service was very slow, and while that is understandable given the situation, it still impacted the overall visit.

Between the food quality and the condition of the restaurant, this is not a location I will be returning to.

Visited yesterday afternoon hoping to check out their beer selection and grab a quick bite — what a disappointment. I walked up to the bar, which was nearly empty with only one other customer, and was completely ignored. Someone emerged from the back, never once made eye contact, grabbed a few things from the bar, and disappeared back into the kitchen without so much as a glance in our direction. No greeting, no acknowledgment — nothing.

To make matters worse, not a single hostess or front-of-house staff member bothered to welcome me at the door. In a near-empty restaurant with minimal foot traffic, there is absolutely **no excuse** for this level of indifference.

Here’s the hard truth: if your staff can’t be bothered to acknowledge a customer when the restaurant is practically dead, imagine the experience when it’s actually busy. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience — it’s a fundamental failure in basic hospitality.

**Every single person** on your staff — hostesses, bartenders, servers, kitchen staff passing through — should be trained to greet and acknowledge guests. It’s not complicated, it’s not asking too much, and frankly, it’s the bare minimum.

If a restaurant doesn’t value its customers enough to offer a simple hello, then customers shouldn’t value them enough to spend their hard-earned money there. **Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that actually wants your business.**

Decent experience. Surprised the restaurant was out of several popular steaks, both the ribeye and sirloin. Decor felt tired. Wait staff was pleasant
