So I ordered dinner for myself and my children dated 2/28/26 . The total came to be 67.00. Let me tell you, I waited 2.5 hours for the food to arrive and when it did the pizza was burnt on the top, card board texture on the bottle and pasta dry with rubbery textured chicken and burnt cheese. I called the store close to 10 times with no answer however I then spoke with the call center and I was informed they can either send out remade food or I can receive a credit of $30 to use anytime that’s available for me. CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW LIVID I AM. Not only am I given crappy service but now I have to choose between allowing them to remake with the possibility of the same outcome or I have to lose money. I have just come off of working a 16 hour day on top of being sick to now having to cook on my non Cook day because individuals are to inaccurate in their positions. Seaford De Pizza Hut this is absolutely ridiculous. The slices missing were from each of us trying to take the good with the bad but how hurtful it was to. Hear my children spitting it out and saying, “ Mommy it’s ok , we will try to eat it so you don’t cook” like what in the darn world. . So I told them I will never allow them to eat anything remotely close to it and I COOKED. So sleep was taken and Guess what I’m back to work. Thanks a billion!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic Service & Amazing Management!
I had such a great experience at this Pizza Hut! The management team is truly awesome, especially the duo of Candi and Kandy. They work so well together and you can really tell they care about their customers. My food came out quick, hot, and super fresh. The whole visit felt smooth and welcoming thanks to their great teamwork. Highly recommend coming to this location!

Amazing experience at Pizza Hut!
The management here is absolutely awesome super friendly, professional, and on top of everything. My food came out quick, hot, and delicious, just the way it should be. The service was smooth from start to finish. Definitely one of the best Pizza Hut locations I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

Haven’t had a pizza hut pizza in about 10yrs sence they closed in ocean city. While in salisbury Md i decided to pick one up, ordered a large pan pizza half pineapple half meat lovers. To my surprise when i got home the made me a thin crust pizza. The toppings were not the best tasting i remember when pizza hut was the best not anymore.

I was in the hospital for a short stay & they had nothing but bland sandwiches. It was late at night, like 11:45pm. Guy named Joe from this place took my order, & delivered it to the hospital after he got off work. Pizza was still hot & delicious . Real food is priceless. Great service!!!!

Not sure who the woman is that works there but this is the second time she has screamed at our DoorDash driver because the order was wrong when they picked it up. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. We usually order around 6-8 pizzas for work events and she told us we need to give a 24 hour notice! We will be taking our business somewhere else.

First time in SEAFORD exited to learn about local food. Call to order on 10/23/2025 at 6 pm. Come to pick up. Two people waiting in the front. No personal is around. Waited 5 minutes. Finally went around the corner. Two women talking. Asked for help. Got attacked by server telling me not ever cross the “line”. I told her to put the bell on the counter then so people can ring it. She charged at me again. I told her I will never come to this place again. She screamed:” don’t care!”. I left

Bad undercooked pizza. The dough appeared to be raw in some areas, sticking to the box. It was just bad food, and at this point I can’t recommend anyone get Pizza Hut in a town with every other pizza chain as an option. Staff was slow to inform driver of pizza being ready as well, so Pizza sat for 10 minutes with our driver in the building before they told them.
