Had friends over for New Year’s Day. Ordered 3 pizzas (one per couple) to be delivered. Delivery was 15 minutes after agreed-on time. One pizza was fine. Second pizza had thin crust when reg. crust had been ordered. Third pizza? No where to be seen. They had to go back to retrieve it and we had to wait until they returned before we could eat. Rather disappointing.

I have long been a fan of Marco’s Pizza, both in Michigan and Florida. Last night we ordered pizza for delivery. The online ordering process was frustrating and the delivery was very delayed. We had hungry guests and waited 45 min past our delivery time, along with inaccurate communication regarding delivery. However, when it arrived, the pizza was delicious! I will order again but probably do my own pickup.

Ordered and waited over 1 hour (30 minutes after the email that said “on the way”), called and was told it would be just 10 more minutes. Waited some more. Called again, told the same thing again, 10-15 more minutes. Waited. Finally the order arrived and when I opened the door to grab the pizza the cloud of weed smell coming off the driver was insane. And he was obviously driving..
I was also supposed to get my order refunded and haven’t seen that yet.
I will never order from here again.

I ordered online which was pretty easy, took about 15-20 mins to make the order and when i went to pick up my order, it was quick and easy. The Pizza’s and Cheezy Bread were pretty good and i would definitely recommend and try again pretty soon!

Almost always order the Pepperoni Magnifico – the spicy pepperoni cups are bomb and make it one of the best cheaper pizzas around.
Sandwiches are surprisingly good too, worth a try for sure.

Marco’s pizza has some delicious pizza. They are a chain with this location being at Metro Health area. They have plenty of ordering options including an app. I have been ordering pick up online. Everytime I go in, the staff is very friendly and my order is ready. I cant say mich about the location as I have not dined in, however they are always clean. The picture attached is a heart shaped pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni that was a special for Valentines day. While the pizza is delicious, I find it a bit greasy.

Had some astonishingly good customer service from this Marco’s last night. Ordered two pizzas and got them home to find out both had been (incorrectly) made with the exact same toppings (even though the attached receipt correctly showed that they had been ordered with different toppings). (They had never gotten an order wrong before; not shocking that they did here since they were extremely busy due to it being a Friday night, plus BOTH Michigan and Michigan State were playing in the NCAAM Basketball Tournament that night!) Called, figuring the best-case scenario would be that they would (grudgingly?) offer to re-make the incorrect pizza. Instead, they were super apologetic, and not only re-made the pizza for us, but offered to drive it out to us! 30 minutes later, we had our replacement! Kudos for the seriously fantastic service.

Got a certificate from the Wyoming town hall for a free medium 2-topping pizza from here. Got thin crust pepperoni & bacon. It was so good & the service was great. Friendly staff willing to answer my questions.
