We had not eaten at Outback Steakhouse in a long time. We will not make that mistake again. We had lunch on Valentine’s Day 2026. We got the Trio appetizer with blooming onion strips, cheese fries, and fried cheese boomarangs. My wife got the Delmonico, medium rare, with Coconut Shrimp. The steak, shrimp, broccoli, and loaded potato, all cooked to perfection. My daughter got the Alice chicken and sirloin. My son got the famous Shrimp on the Barbie. I got the the Fillet Mignon and Lobster. From the appetizer, to the Caesar salad, Everything we had was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. If you follow my reviews, you know, I don’t take it easy on any establishment. This was honestly, one of the best dinning experiences we have had in a very long time. Even our server, Dilan, added to the great experience.

I have to admit I was beyond impressed with our waitress Taylor. It was actually my birthday which we kept quiet but I wanted to try this location out. We got there right as they opened up and so we were in and seated in seconds. Taylor took our drink orders and explained the specials and was just downright amazing. Food came out perfectly and that was impressive. She literally went above and beyond for us and I haven’t seen that kinda service in a long time. We have 30 companies and I wish I had a Taylor in each of our companies showing them how it’s done. We will be back will request her next time.

I don’t even know where to begin. This was so terrible we will never return. I’m only even posting this in hopes of sparing others such a disappointing and terrible experience. Go somewhere else!!! The hostess was nice once she came to the front to greet us. Upon sitting our server took several minutes to greet us. (It was not busy) Then from there he was sporadic in coming back. We were a table of 3 and were there for 2 hours. All of the food from the spinach dip appetizer that was luke warm, to the entrees (3 steaks) took very long to come out. They had some issues with potatoes and having them or not having them. Needless to say we went from ordering sweet potatoes, telling us they are out, so we order regular mashed potatoes but then get French fries with a filet mignon. By the time the regular mashed potatoes were brought out, there was literally one bite of steak left. The Ceasar salad tasted good minus the rotten lettuce we removed. I shouldn’t have to do that. Period. Barely saw our server. No manager in sight. Good thing they had a kitchen runner to bring the food out or it might have never came. Asked for a paper receipt ($130) after paying my bill through the table top iPad, never saw him again. Never in my life have I seen a place run so poorly. I could have went to Applebees and been better off. There is NO atmosphere, so forget that all together. You will leave with a bad taste in your mouth and the smell of dirty rags in your nose. There is no sense of pride from anyone working there. This is what you can expect when you visit Outback Steakhouse of Spring Hill.

$32.99 for prime rib and look at all the fat that comes on it. At least 4 oz of my 16 oz steak was fat. My sirloin was cooked well done and dry when it was order as Medium. My French onion soup was $8 and this is all you get? And last but not least my house salad also came with the dirty lettuce head end inside of it. No utensils were included either. We tipped $14 for this food as well. Will not be returning. If this was my restaurant I would be making sure each dish was quality inspected.

Outback is a bit further than our typical options but we decided to get outback togo…. I have never gotten to-go from anywhere that they’ve tried to jip you on everything, smallest amount of butter, sour creme, and cheese Ive ever seen for a baked potato and definitely not enough dressing for a salad I get it things are expensive but if I was eating there they would never have given this small of an amount it’s ridiculous, so ridiculous Im literally writing this review while eating. Savanna T is an amazing server! She is friendly, great with our kids, and goes above and beyond.
John, the host, is also the best. Very friendly and helpful. I’ve been in a wheelchair or on crutches for a few weeks and he has met me outside multiple times to help me in.

The restaurant is clean and the food is good.

Came in tonight for dinner and had Melinda as our waitress this is actually the seconds time we had her and she was just as great as the first time. She is just so kind and sweet. She was so helpful with picking some food and also so understanding that we wanted to take our time and enjoy our quiet night out with no kids. Her suggestion on the skewers was spot on so delicious. She also suggested some take home food that was such a good idea especially with twins at home. Thank you for the best date night and we will be back just for her. She definitely needs to be recognized as one of the best

Wonderful service and food! Our favorite thing on the menu is their Bloomin’ Fried Shrimp! Yum! Service was great and our drinks stayed topped off. Friendly staff made us feel welcomed!

My husband and I went here last night. The food looked amazing, but it turned out to be disappointing. The steak was bland and had no seasoning. The blooming onion was very salty, including the loaded mashed potatoes and mushrooms, all of which were also overcooked. Everything else was fine. We come here every once in a while and normally the food is great so I don’t know what happened. I’m assuming it’s whoever prepped the food or the chef that night. Otherwise, the service was ok. We had to keep asking our waitress for things that should have been asked if we needed or brought to our table. I will definitely give it another try when we go back. I hope it isn’t as disappointing as this one was. I will change my review when we go again, and I see improvement. I’m hoping it was just this one time. All the other times was a 5 star review.

It was perfect. Everything tasted amazing. Who ever you have as a cook that night, made the food very well. 5 stars. Also your waitress Tiffany should get a raise, one of the best waitress I’ve had and a terrific personality. Don’t lose that one. That’s for sure
