Really solid— $17 pp for dinner and that’s a GREAT VALUE for the quality and variety served ($17 includes water and dessert). $1 discount for military. Never been here before but def going back if I can. Lunch around 1pm on a Wednesday. Food looked delicious, plenty of it, and the variety was great! Tucked in and it was wonderful even the soda was the good kind of classic Coke so I appreciated that. My server was super helpful, quick, and nice. He took care of me well. I wish I had room for more cuz everything was great lol but I was so full. Will happily return.

Although there are varieties of food items, they don’t help increase appetite or improve interest in eating: some are greasy, or salty, or in black or dark brown colors (most deep fried or stewed meat items are in black or brown black. The broccoli florets are in brown and burned.) The rice of sushi rolls is mushy. The food is overcooked or recooked.

Came for my mom’s birthday, and it was so nice. The waitresses sang happy birthday, the service was amazing. The cashier, hostess, and waitress greeted us well and gave excellent service. The buffet would be replenished every so often so nothing would stay empty too long. Very good.

For the past couple of times I came the server took over 20 minutes to ask me what I wanted to drink and to give me silverware. The food is good and for the most part it does stay warm enough to eat by the time I get to it. Eat at your own risk it’s 50/50 with customer service but the food compensates for the lack of customer service

Just want to say, whatever you can do. Avoid this place. I’m visiting ELP and wanted to eat something different that wasn’t Mexican food. I came here and I left after just one plate that I didn’t even eat completely. I paid $22, when I got sat this waiter approached me and asked me what I wanted to drink and I asked for an orange soda, he came off as if he was giving me attitude and proceeded with an odd face to tell me with an attitude the drinks they only had, I asked for pepsi and it tasted like diet pepsi or their machine is not properly clean. The place does not look very hygienic. The food does not look good. I was better off going and getting fast food for what they serve here. I left with a stomachache I don’t know if from the soda or the food.

Incredibly underrated. Good prices for great food. Very clean and all the food tastes great.
There were few things I had problems with. The cottage cheese was mildly sour, the pears were oddly tough to eat (quite similar to well done steak), and the deviled eggs were dry and bland.
Otherwise, the food and service was superb and will absolutely come back soon.

Decent presentation. A lot to look at. Taste and seasoning….less to be desired. A lot of of the food was lacking that oomph factor. Because it is bulk cooking, there’s was a lack of salt, pepper, and even sugar. The staff is courteous, but for saying that there’s a military discount, they never offered one. Maybe I’ll come back, not sure.
