I’m so upset this morning! I door dashed food and asked for a chicken maple croissant and was given a sausage biscuit instead! The chocolate coffee taste nothing like chocolate and the biscuits and gravy was watery with no flavor disgusting ! I’m so pissed

Ordered the $6 double stack. Waited a good 5 minutes for the food (only ones inside at the time). Got our food and the inkt thing hot was my fries. Burger including bun was cold, nuggets cold and ranch was cold. Had to wait for someone to change the ketchup because it was out. Needless to say I ate my fried and wasted $6 on a meal that didn’t get ate. Now I know why everyone says stay away from Wendy’s. Also the drink machine is disgusting! Looks like they haven’t cleaned it in weeks!!!

went here today and it was absolutely disgusting inside, the floors were so dirty to the point where you can see dirty footsteps, looks like they haven’t mopped in days! The tables were so nasty not wiped down. And they took about 5 minutes to come up and take out order while they were having conversation and giggling

Always have to check my salad to make sure it’s not missing ingredients(blue cheese); girl with long blue hair no hair net; French fries over filled hanging next to fryer in basket dethawing before cooking causing them to clump when fried, came out in a cube; if you can’t or won’t do it correctly don’t do it at all

I just got out of the hospital and lost alot of weight. The only thing I was wanting this morning was a sausage egg and cheese crossaunt. It wasn’t packed nor was there a rush to go thru. When my husband got home I had gotten a bacon and cheese crossaunt, which you can’t have after surgery. Also a sausage biscuit with no cheese but again I don’t like biscuits. So I had to throw away both sandwiches, and still nothing to eat. I get these are kids and will never hold a meaningful job with service like that. I’m a district manager, im starving, im out 15 dollars and will now have to make my own breakfast at home with lots of tears. Thanks for just not caring Wendy’s. Please do better on your hiring and I will most definitely never eat there again. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered a hamburger specifically said “NO CHEESE”. I’m allergic to cheese. Won’t be back. Hadn’t gone for a year. Others told me much better. Ha still horrible. Done with Wendy’s.

Every Tuesday night my wife and I go to Wendy’s. Usually around 9:00pm. The dining room doesn’t close until 10pm. We go every week. Last night we were kicked out. The door was unlocked and there was no sign on the door. They said they were closed because someone called off. Whoever the boy was that was in the dining room was rude, hateful, and very disrespectful.

Where do I even start?
It was a late night, and my girlfriend and I wanted something quick, so we stopped at the Wendy’s in Washington Court House, Ohio. I used to work at the Jeffersonville location, which is run by the same company (Schmidt), so I had a certain level of expectation going in.
From the start, the wait was terrible. We sat in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes before even getting our food. I ordered a #8 meal, and my girlfriend ordered a 10-piece nugget meal with two ranch sauces.
When they finally handed us our order, it was missing both the large Coke and the 10-piece nuggets with sauces. We had to drive back around, only to wait another 10 minutes for them to “fix” it. Still no receipt, either.
After wrapping around a second time and waiting an additional 20 minutes, we finally got the nuggets. But when my girlfriend opened the box, there were only 8 nuggets instead of 10.
This was hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had at Wendy’s. The service was slow, unprofessional, and completely careless.

The older woman who works in the morning always seems to be in a bad mood. Food is normally okay, but I don’t know when they started barley given sauce on the morning sandwiches. Guess I’ll just stick to coffee from there.
