Waited 15 minutes at curbside and 3 cars show up after me get there orders in minutes. Then I get my order after I checked up on it and they give it to me cold no utensils no syrup no napkins. Better believe I got my money back.

Very helpful staff, good location, very modern dinning area. First time to visit this restautant, with my toddler grandson. The store associate who took my order was very welcoming and attentive. She demostrated her kindness and glee when she delivered the food order to my table since she observed that I needed help due to my attention directed at my grandson. Thank you for your act of service.

Dude, this store sucks I’m not joking. Every time I order something they always take 25 mins to get my order out and it ALWAYS happens. The general manager or owner don’t know what they are doing with staffing. I’m surprised this location is still running. 11/22/2025 around 4pm .Worst McDonald’s ever, employee on drive thru has no manners not trained properly . Speaks to you like if he’s being forced to work the drive thru. Had me waiting 20+ minutes thru 3rd window. When I finally walked inside store and ask for a refund. Female Manager Cey Rodriguez couldn’t figure out my refund, giving me only back portion of my purchase, when I corrected her she kept sending back her employee saying that she had given me the correct refund. Talk to her employee doing the math of purchase, he quickly figured it out and said I was correct. He went back and forth with manager and manager refuse to give me my exact refund , which was 4 dollars short. Finally got fed up with her attitude and walk out of the store. Never again, never again,never again!

I went to McDonalds with a famil member for a quick quick breakfast before an appointment. The employee was just rushing on taking our orders despite the McDonalds being empty, we were ordering through drive-thru. My order was fine, it was my family member’s order that got messed up. She ordered the bacon and egg biscuit combo, it was the #5 in the menu order. They gave her undercooked pancakes, a patty, a biscuit, a piece of undercooked egg, and her vanilla iced coffee had no vanilla in it. We didn’t have time to go into the McDonalds and correct the order, so we had to go. But I don’t recommend going to this McDonalds in particular if that’s how the service is and how they’d willingly give us a meal after also making us wait at the parking lot.

But sure what to say. The cashier was very difficult to understand. Not sure if she had a speech impediment or if she just chose not to speak clearly. She was curt and dismissive. When we got our food, the sauce on my sandwich was almost coagulated. My husband’s burger was also not tasty. Not a pleasant experience. 2nd time this McDonald’s lets me down.

**BEWARE**
Make sure yall check your nuggets before eating.. they gave me raw nuggets on a kids meal. All 6 were raw. Its not the first time this location does something like this. Sadly i cant rate 0 stars. Spoke with manager and he didn’t even seem to care that they were raw or anything.

This McDonald’s is HORRIBLE last week I called to complain about my order being wrong. And I went back to get my free meals that the General Manager promised. And I let the supervisor know about my experience and still my order was even worse than the last time one of my mcribs didn’t even have a bottom bun
