I’m not gonna say this was the best breakfast we’ve ever had. It was good though and it was filling. The eggs were cracked and not poured out of a jug. There are multiple types of bread as options. Not just wheat and white. We had 4 people and ate for 40$. Oakley served us and she was delightful. It’s got that small town cafe vibe yet welcoming. We weren’t made to feel like outsiders. It was a lovely place and if you’re traveling with a family it’s budget friendly.

I love breakfast! Trying someplace new is always a hit or miss. OMG I was so disappointed. The waitress was excellent so that meant the food would be just as good. Nope . I won’t go into detail but I will say one thing Eggs over medium means cooked but the yolk is still somewhat runny. Our eggs were more like sunny side up. That was just the eggs. The rest of the food was worse. The whole time we were there the cook was talking to a couple about driving his jeep off road. Just really disappointed. It was the worst food and atmosphere ever.

Everything came out really quickly. My over medium eggs were just right and the French toast was great. The chef came out and had some conversation with us and he’s a really nice guy that cares about making good food. The lady that served us was really nice as well. Good place. Everyone should stop by.

I have tried this place twice, once dine in and once to go. Seriously disappointed in the food. The staff was friendly, the place clean and pleasant, but the food was a disaster. Both times I ordered eggs Benedict, and the only thing that had flavor was the ham. Not a hint of lemon in the hollandaise sauce, the English muffin was soggy, and the eggs almost cooked through. I ordered extra crispy hash browns both times and they came out nice and brown, yet soggy. The biscuits and gravy were a sad sad flavorless mess. I tried a second time because I hoped the first experience was a bad day, training a new cook. Well, nope! The food has zero flavor or texture and is a complete waste of money.

Between showing properties, I decided to try this place. I’d been wanting to go for a long time, just never made it there. I’m glad I did! I had the patty melt (dipped in ranch) and homemade fries as recommended from my waitress. It was really good. I’m going to try breakfast next time! Or the Rueben it looked delicious too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ll be back. Closes at 3 so have to go early!

Very friendly waitress that greeted us at the door. Our order was taken quickly, coffee was hot and fresh and frequently filled. The food was great! We’ll be back when we’re in the area again.

I had the special this morning, a generous cut of ham, scrambled eggs, and a generous serving of hashed browns. I finished up my order with cinnamon raisin toast. I didn’t have to ask for anything. I was attended to cheerfully. The atmosphere was quaint and relaxing, the cost very modest. In all a very pleasant experience.

We stopped here for lunch when driving through Mountain Home today, and it is an excellent place! We didn’t order breakfast, but it’s served til close (3pm), and they won an award for best breakfast in town. My husband had a Reuben sandwich with fresh-cut fries, and I had the cashew grilled chicken salad and a cup of ham & bean soup– it was all delicious! The two ladies serving tables were completely awesome– the epitome of friendly, perfect service. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Went with my MIL for breakfast, and it didn’t disappoint.
The atmosphere was really homey, and friendly. There were obvious patrons that went there fairly regularly, and everyone knew each other. Picture Cheers, where everybody knows your name
We went for breakfast, but you can have it all day, and they serve lunch, both of which includes Specials that are on the board.
So, stop in and give 9th St Grill a whirl

9th Street Grill is a cozy hometown cafe located in a former home. Servers were very friendly. I observed the owner/chef taking a real personal interest in patrons. Locals were just as amiable. The veggie omelet was large and delicious, as well as everything else I ordered for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised to see sugar free custard pie on the daily specials board.
