I went to Hot Vings in Woodbury today and it was SO good!
I tried two of their vegan + gluten free sandwiches: the avocado sandwich and the mushroom sandwich and honestly, both were delicious. If you’re really hungry, I definitely recommend getting two like I did because they were that good and not super heavy.
My fiancé also tried the cheeseburger and said it was amazing with really great seasoning. He said he could’ve easily eaten a second one, so if you have a big appetite, doubling up might not be a bad idea!
The owners were so kind and welcoming, and they were super open to suggestions. They also said they’ll be adding hot food in March, which I’m really excited about. They even mentioned they’re planning to keep one section of the fryer separate for gluten free orders, so gluten free fries will be an option too!
They haven’t put out their tables yet, but that’s coming soon as well.
Overall, such a great experience and amazing food! I highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area!

The food was so good! We can’t wait until the full menu is available. And BTW the vegan turkey and cheese hoagie was incredible!

I wanted to try this place after it showed up on Uber Eats, and it didn’t disappoint. I got the cheesesteak and the deluxe burger. The cheesesteak was fantastic and, flavor wise, it was honestly comparable to a real meat cheesesteak. The deluxe burger also tasted good and compared favorably to the real thing, but I expected the patty to be a bit bigger for the price. I’m not vegan and haven’t eaten at many vegan places, but this was the first time I wasn’t immensely disappointed by vegan substitutes. Also, the free parking garage is really close, so you don’t have to park on the street.
