The manager that was there this past Sunday was amazing and helped me with picking out a shirt. My family and I ate there on February 1st, 2026. Our server was on top of things and the people at the front were very helpful when I came up to ask about shirts. I was very impressed with the staff and the food was absolutely amazing. If I could give 100 stars I totally would. Thank you for an amazing first experience. My Father recommended we come here if we were ever in Pittsburgh. He was not wrong with the recommendation.

I stopped here after a Steelers game. The milkshakes here are very good I would recommend them. The burgers are create your own – you pick the bread, meat, toppings, sauce, seasoning, etc. If you come here and don’t like the taste of your burger – it’s your own fault.

These burgers never disappoint! I’ve recommended Burgatory to many burger lovers and have only heard good things back. The Oreo peanut butter pie milkshake is very good (but pricey) the fries are nothing special. Our waitress Tyesha was one of the nicest waitresses I’ve ever had in my life, she went out of her way to make my kids laugh and make the whole experience great!

Tyesha made our visit on Saturday, Oct 4, 2025, an absolute smash! The burger she recommended was incredible and one of the best I’ve had in a long time. She was so kind, attentive, and just a joy to talk to.
Even with thousands of people in town that day (and me being more of a “quiet local”), the amazing food and Tyesha’s outstanding service completely won me over. Everything was so fresh and flavorful, even the ketchup!

Pittsburgh was the first stop on our baseball tour and this place was recommended to us so we decided to give it a try and we were glad we did! We came it at 1100 on a Tuesday and I am glad we got there early. We were seated right away but by the time we were done there was a wait. We got Onion Rings for an appetizer and they were very good. Both me and grandson built our own burger and both were cooked perfectly and tasted great. I had a couple of the Hellagood IPA and it was very tasty and refreshing. Our waiter did a good job serving us. Overall it was a very pleasant lunch and we would come again if in the area.

The service I experienced was prompt and kind. My sangria was spiced, excellently. The no pink, applewood smoked bacon, American cheddar, leaf lettuce, pickles, with a tomato and mayo. Mouth-watering. You should go here.

We hoped to eat here before an event at PNC Park but realized that was also everyone else’s plan! It was packed when they kindly offered a 30-minute wait. We were able to walk the pier while we waited for their text for seating which worked great. We eventually learned the burger was worth the wait… unbelievably delicious. The atmosphere was great and was a heck of a start to a great night.

Overall experience was good. Service was great, and the selection for food was also good. Only problem was one employee walking around having a open argument with himself loudy while cleaning tables.. but a little bit of entertainment while eating a good burger isn’t to bad.

Chicken burger was amazing! Homemade chips and jalapeño fries. My husband got an expresso martini that was on point and we took home shakes to go. The portions were large and the wait staff was very tentative and friendly. Street parking and its Pittsburgh so if you know your way around it may not be a problem but and can be tedious to find a spot close by otherwise.
