First time reviewer here, take it for what it is: food was pretty good, service was good with server- until we attempted to use a Pizza Pub gift card of $60 that we purchased from a different location back in August 2025 however this was the second location whom denied the gift card saying it was not valid at their location. We asked to speak to the manager since we were told it was denied even though the signage said Cambridge. The manager explained this was an old labeling so they wouldn’t be able to accept, but he said they would make an exception however he then got very defensive when we attempted to explain the issue to him and said he could take back his exception. We then understood the manager was not here to listen to our side but to continue to spout their shortcomings of the miscommunication with the other pizza pub franchises. We ended up paying the bill, not understanding our side or willing to listen to our concern and needless to say we will not be coming back. Super disappointing experience with this customer service over a $60 pizza pub gift card, we will never go back to this location. Never seen a manager conduct themselves so poorly, hopefully he has better days. Thanks for taking the time to read.

Nice pizza pub. Delicious hearty pizza with a lot of ingredients. Good garlic cheese bread too. Ate lunch there and there was a lunch rush, lots of take out and delivery. Nice atmosphere with bar area, eating area, and a large game room area. Decent- enough service considering the lunch rush. Varied menu, lots to please. Good place to bring kids. Reasonable prices and value.

I ordered a chicken wrap for delivery and they have been good in the past. Today I paid $25 for a wrap that didn’t have sauce on it and very few pieces of chicken in it, and the lettuce was mostly the white thick portions and it was almost all brown. So disappointed that it seems as though the cook got rid of their bad lettuce by giving it to me. The whole thing was bad and it was obvious that zero effort or care was given

Ordered pizza from this location several times, and the quality has been ok. However, our last order was the worst. We ordered 2 medium pan pizzas for a 10pm carryout. The server quality checked before handing them over; so, I made the mistake of not checking myself. When we got home, we found that the pizzas were very overdone and extra crunchy. The cheese peeled off in a crispy sheet. It wasn’t even edible for us. We did call and they refunded the order, which was nice. However, whoever answered the phone was definitely snarky.

Fantastic, creative pizzas. You can order a pizza that’s simple, but highly recommend one of there more creative ones, like the one with peanut butter. Absolutely delicious.

First night living in Minnesota I ordered delivery for dinner delivery was on time and food was warm. I Paid $31.32 for a bacon cheese and fries. That was RAW not medium RAW. Asked for extra mayo packets they said I would get 4. I got 2 of LIGHT MAYO Needless to say all I ate was fries.

Been doing Pizza Pub for many years but now I’m done. I can’t even believe what this place is charging for its items. Ordered a 2 piece cheese bread and literally got a piece of toast cut in half and paid 6 dollars. My wife talked to the manager and was told that people are confused between the garlic bread and cheese bread. Not sure why that would matter. When you order a 2 piece garlic bread or a 2 piece cheese bread one would think that its 2 different pieces of bread, not one cut in half. Some might think this seems petty but we have spent a lot of money with this business and now we’re done. Pizza Pub goes down as the typical chain restaurant we’re all tired of. Sad.
