I pay 18 dollars for a Brisket, mac and cheese that it was 85%Mack and 15% brisket and it wasn’t even hot, It was more of a room temperature . Disappointed. My wife’s burger had a blond hair in the middle of the patty. I also ordered a extra side of fries and look at how little they came with. Although they did change the burger for us, paying 50+ including tipes i would expect more.

From the moment I walked in, I immediately felt stereotyped. No one greeted me, acknowledged me, or even made eye contact — yet I watched other guests who walked in after me get greeted right away. I stood there feeling invisible, which was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing.
The only person who stepped up was Latasha G, who I don’t even believe was originally supposed to be my server. She greeted me, took care of me, and completely turned my experience around. Because of her, I ended up staying. Any server job I’ve ever worked in teaches that guests should be greeted within 1–3 minutes, so the lack of acknowledgment falls directly on management at this location. Shame on the manager for allowing this kind of service to happen.
Once my order was finally taken, the food was good, and I still made sure to take care of Latasha G, because she truly provided great service and professionalism. She deserves recognition.
However, the initial experience was unacceptable, and I do plan on sharing this feedback with corporate as well.
Thank you, Latasha G, for being the bright spot in an otherwise disappointing visit.

It was my favorite place to have breakfast, but in the coffee cup I got a hair, and even on the pancake plate, I asked the waitress to change the potatoes, for another presentation and I didn’t change it, she brought them separately and they were full of fat, as if from the fryer they had put them directly on the plate, and they were super simple.
I understand, if they are busy, but also on one occasion I told the waitress that if she could give me more sugar, I guess she forgot and went to talk to her other colleagues, I guess it was more important …

When we first came in, the experience honestly wasn’t great. We were seated but weren’t attended to for quite a while — no one came by to greet us, take drink orders, or check on us. After sitting there for several minutes, we finally had to speak up because it seemed like no one was assigned to our table. At that point, we were already thinking we probably wouldn’t come back.
However, everything changed once Yesenia came over to take care of us. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. She completely turned the experience around and made us feel welcomed. Her service was excellent, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. You could tell she noticed the rough start and really made an effort to make things right.
Because of Yesenia, we actually enjoyed our visit and would consider coming back. She did an amazing job, and her service deserves to be recognized.

The food arrived quickly and was still hot. The fries were good and I ate them quickly. Unfortunately, there was so much fat in the triple burger. It was swimming in grease by the time I got to it. The price was pretty good so I can’t really complain too much.
The waiter was preoccupied with his phone, so the service could have been better. I asked for lemon with my water, and he accommodated my request.

The atmosphere is clean but loud and comfortable. The place was packed but we did not have a wait time to be seated. The staff is extremely friendly.
This place is wheelchair accessible.

It might be a little much to say it was the perfect experience, but it was exactly what I needed after a really rough shift at work. I just wanted a quiet place to decompress with some coffee, and Maggie made that possible. Her service was excellent—she was kind, patient, and attentive despite me clearly not being in the best mood. She was timely with refills and had a genuinely warm, welcoming presence. I truly appreciated the experience and will definitely be coming back.
