Why is this place open? Such a waste of a building that a REAL restaurant could use. Haven’t been in about 2 years and decided to stop by. I had a code for a free burger when I ordered something,but of course this restaurant can’t take coupons. So I ordered 3 burgers without fries and a drink and they were over $21.00. As I sat to wait for the food I noticed that the fountain drink machines aren’t even working and that you have to have an employee to get your drink. The tv in the dining area isn’t on or knowing how cheap hardees has become its probably so you dont waste electricity or have to pay for cable.There’s 3 employees working and one is on break and that’s good because that’s 2 more employees than needed. As I was waiting after about 5 minutes the employee told me that the charbroiler was having issues so it would be about 5 more minutes. Ended up taking 20 minutes. In that time the only customers were me and 1 in the drive thru. As I was saying I don’t understand why this place is even open anymore. They close at 2pm everyday. The outside hasn’t had any maintenance or updates since it was built.Then there’s the burger. I’ve had better convenient store burgers. Now I have to worry if it was bad and comes back up. I won’t be back.

Stopped at this Hardee’s this morning, for the 2 for 5.00 which is a Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit, Sausage Egg Biscuit, or a Biscuit & Gravy. I was told by Jackie the Manager ( which was very hateful) that it does not include the Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit, I showed them the picture on my phone from Hardee’s website and I was told that was a Sausage Biscuit. That it states 2 for 5.00, I was charged 5.50, look at reciept. I called corporate and like they really care, I will no longer be eating at Hardee’s, and I will let everyone know about this at the Senior Centers in the area.

Stopped and ate here on a Sunday morning not long before shift change. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The best part however was the young lady working the register. She was so friendly and so nice and made sure my order was perfect. I’ll definitely be back keep up the good work

Since Hardee’s is changing the style of the Frisco burger, I now have to describe the one I want, yesterday, I do the drive through and get the most nasty Frisco with lettuce and tomato, that’s not what I ordered. I was so disappointed with the whole order, I tossed it all in the trash, including the Hot tea with no ice. I’m very disappointed in this location, I’ve been going there twice a week for past 6 weeks, since once all their is are burger joints all in the area.

This is my first time ever reviewing a fast food restaurant and I rarely do reviews overall but this Hardee’s is a step above. I come here often for breakfast and the food and team is consistently polite and superb. The restaurant is also super clean. Job well done! A rare gem in fast food indeed.
