Stopped in tonight (Jan 20th) and the drinks were good, but one moment really left a bad taste.
The female bartender working tonight made a comment about a customer that was clearly not meant to be heard — but it absolutely was. By me, and likely by others sitting nearby. It was dismissive and unprofessional, and it instantly changed the whole vibe at the bar.
It was just one comment, and maybe it was an off night or a long shift catching up with her — I understand the job is tough. But when you’re working the bar, you’re always in earshot of your customers. That kind of thing doesn’t go unnoticed.
Everything else about the experience was fine, but that one moment is what stood out.
