They BUILD ‘EM RIGHT every time! I am consistently delighted with everything I get at Bill & Ruth’s! Been to Claremore and Pryor locations and the service is good, but the food is GREAT!!!
They are always generous with the meats, veggies, ingredients and we love the jalapeño sauce on just about everything! The sandwiches are packed full of meat and made with care as you wait. Flavors are so good & fresh!
This time we got the turkey sub with chips and it put us on cloud 9. My favorite sub shop! This Pryor location could use a deep cleaning & staff to scrub some surfaces (walls, tables in dining room) which makes me wonder in what condition is the kitchen? I hope they care enough to deep clean it, ‘cos everything else is A++ with Bill & Ruth’s!

I ate lunch here for the first time. They have plenty of options to choose from, like subs, salads, wraps, and soup. I got the cheeseburger and french fries. They both were great tasting and made fresh. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Definitely plan on going back soon.

Their fried food is great and had clean oil but the potato soup was like they had took Idahoan instead and mixed it in without mixing it all in and balancing the cream out. I ate it but I’m not sure if I would try again. The plating was beautiful however.

Not sure how this gets such high ratings. the place is not clean. We came in at 2pm and no patrons there. At least One table was filthy, food on floor etc. You could not view the food like most sub shops and after sitting down and observing the staff I figured out why. 2 young girls took our order and rang us up. I sat while waiting on my order as the girls doing register, grabbed bread un-gloved and took to the preparer. They cleaned with disinfectant right next to the rack of bread, they touched their face, and served food without washing. One of the adult men came and grabbed bread (un-gloved) as well. It def turned my stomach. It wa mediocre food at best but never again.

I’ve never really had a good experience here at the location in Pryor.
I recently got soup from there and it hadn’t been 3mins since I went to eat it.. COLD.
Previously in the past, got spaghetti & meatballs to go, put it in there brown togo sacks & it busted through and got all over me due to the container over flowing with sauce in the brown sack. Spilt everywhere in my car.
I like to give second chances but after giving them mutiple, i’m just going to have to pass now.

I went to Bill an Ruth’s yesterday an got a three cheese avocado that my husband will only eat from there, also a Philly cheese steak sandwich an they were both absolutely delicious. If you have not tried this place it is a must. BW

Disappointed. My wife ordered a ham and turkey sandwich, no big deal except the bone piece she bit into. (I know they cannot inspect every piece of meat however when they’re making the sandwiches they could look for any imperfections or anything odd in the meat. The real disappointment came when I found a tooth pick actually in my sandwich. Not on top through the paper but inside of it sitting sideways in it, as I bit into it it pulled out with the bite. Still gave 3 stars as the food was decent.
