They fell off I used to order from them in 2017 and they were so good and now this year I ordered from them a few times and every time I order my food was hard and burnt and I couldn’t get it because it was so hard and I ask them not to cook it to hard and it still was hard and burnt the last picture is what they display how they chicken looks the other pictures is what I received a I used to love this restaurant not no more

Love coming here on Mondays/Tuesdays for the dollar wings they offer, they are full of flavor and are pretty big considering the cost. The soy garlic wings are amazing, they have a savory sweet soy flavor profile that’s so good I could order only these and be satisfied. The Korean bbq was pretty good as well, it had a sweeter taste with a light kick. The original was very crispy and had a pleasant seasoning. Every piece of chicken was crispy and juicy with lots of meat. Highly recommend!

I had the worst experience at this place. I spent $70, and it was absolutely not worth it. The service was rushed, even though the restaurant was completely empty—it was 8 PM, and I still felt like I had no time to think about my order.
As for the food, the strips I got were practically scraps—barely any sauce, dried out to a crisp, and completely inedible. For the price I paid, the quality was unacceptable. This place is seriously overrated, and I won’t be coming back.

Ordered here many times with no problem. completely dry questionable looking flavorless chicken, balls of mushy-overcooked AND UNDERCOOKED RICE for 65 dollars. I don’t know how that is physically possible but ♂️. The rice was so bad it was inedible.

Firstly I would like to state I have been at this store before and enjoyed the food. This last visit was horrible and the food quality was terrible. I placed an order online and came in promptly to pick it up at the stated time. I was made to wait an extra 15 minutes when there was only one other group who was eating their food already. I ordered a ten piece soy garlic strips and chicken fried rice. The chicken was disgusting, they were like scraps of hardened chicken that were fried to death and had the sauce slopped on. Completely inedible. The rice was underdone and had like a whole red pepper in the rice. Total waste of 35 dollars.

Just had a quick lunch with my husband for the $1 wings and it was great. They were very helpful, kind, and patient despite being busy and got everything out to us very quickly. Foods great too love the spicy sauce. I know there’s other locations but the service alone here makes me want to come back just for them. Hamza you run a great team!

This is the best restaurant i ever got chicken from the texture is great and the pork bao buns was delicious the coleslaw hit the spot … the customer service was great. the $1 wings came in handy when your on a budget .. the lady in front name was Ashley told me that on mondays and tuesdays that the wings will be $1 and I was so happy. Great Service and made me feel welcome surely will be seeing me soon.

My family and I have been coming to Bonchon for years and always loved it. The last time we visited, the wings were a bit dry, which was disappointing—but today’s experience completely changed that! Hamza, the new manager, gave us amazing customer service. He was attentive, helped customers with online orders, and made sure the food quality was spot on. The wings today were the best we’ve ever had! Thank you, Hamza, for turning things around and making our visit great again.
