Really disappointed with the new location. The bright hospital lighting is awful. The atmosphere was cold and uncomfortable, so we just decided to take the food home. (It was just ok.) The staff was dismissive and made us feel like an inconvenience. We used to stop at the old location. The bagels and sandwiches were good, and the atmosphere was cozy. It was a nice place to sit and have coffee. Sorry to see it go.

Charged me extra for meat and basically gave me an egg and cheese sandwich.
I ordered a pork roll, egg and cheese and after noticing only one bit of meat in the first half of my sandwich I thought maybe all the pork roll had ended up on one side.. nope. There is one tiny thin slice that’s literally only on a quarter of the sandwich. I would’ve just ordered egg and cheese so I could be charged correctly if that’s what you’re gonna give me anyway.

The women who took our orders were really sweet and friendly. Sadly, the bagel with cream cheese was inedible—the bread tasted stale and dry, with no density or pillowy texture. I took 3 bites and threw the rest out. Additionally, we ordered two hoagies. The bread was thick, dry, and impossible to swallow. The sandwich toppings and dressing were unevenly distributed throughout. I had to fully abandon the bread and eat the inside alone. It was a sad, sad meal.

My husband & I ate here today! We always saw signs but this is our first time. I ordered a sausage, egg & cheese on a plain bagel. It was awesome! The eggs were plentiful & I had to give some to my husband. He ordered the same on an everything bagel. We will definitely be back

The bagels looked great. Ordered a cinnamon bagel with strawberry cream cheese to go. Presentation was terrible. Consistency and color of the cream cheese was not appealing at all. Should have ordered something else.
