Walking in you smell all the delicious stuff that’s been baked, and the girls behind the counter were very sweet and helpful. We ended up picking out a variety of treats, and so far that’s the best apple fritter I’ve had in years. I absolutely cannot wait to try the rest of our goodies.

What a gem of a place! An absolute go to for delicious sweets. From the moment you walk in the door the smells of the pastries and coffee instantly makes your mouth water and then your eyes fall on the pastries themselves. One of everything would be a great answer when asked what you want. One standout is the cinnamon rolls. They are massive and mouthwateringly delicious and add a side of cheese Danish….well words can’t explain it. Small town mom and pop shop that hands down beats a big name bakery any day

We drove over an hour to visit this bakery and they were closed. The building is a small place, nothing fancy, which doesn’t mean the baked goods aren’t good. The place is small and not much parking. Not sure if they are normally busy. Probably will not try again. Too far to drive.

If you’re ever in Denmark, South Carolina, please stop by at Nelson’s Wee Bake bakery my nephew lives in Denmark. Every time I visit I must stop by there bakery they’re only open certain days I have to stop by and get the best cream cheese danish ever.. ever.

It’s a tiny store but the have been in business for decades. They donuts are that fluffy dense kind. They remind me of NY style donuts. The kind you have with your choice of hot beverage and are good til lunchtime. You should get there early, they run out of the popular ones fast. The service is always great. The waiting area is very small so be aware. My favorites are chocolate eclaire, raspberry filled donut, and peach filled donut, and their mega glazed donut. Wrap in Saran wrap if you don’t eat it on that day. They also sell food as well.

Food was delicious, Éclairs are 12/10, drove 1 hour for this, every second was worth it. Will do it again. Staff was very nice. Best bakery ever, it doesn’t have any of the excess junk that other bakeries and restaurants have.
