absolutely a joke of a location you reach out to report my sandwich was dripping in garlic sauce to it was resolved by who a lazy owner who only good staff is the older guy int he mornings? tell the owner that he clown shoes and i cant wait for jersey mike to open up so i can take my money to a place that is quality not crap like his location so glad i have other options sorry i can give you negative 5 stars for crap quality of food and a lazy owner who cant take ownership of what his ppl do hope it was worth it chief

I went in and overheard the manager, Dustin, threatening the employee making our sandwich. He told them he could fire them and didn’t need a reason. This was said openly, in front of customers, and was completely inappropriate.
This is a Subway sandwich shop — no manager should be on a power trip or acting as though they are above basic decency. Leadership at any level requires respect, and there is absolutely no excuse for using intimidation or threats in a customer-facing environment.
No employee should be spoken to this way. Abuse of authority, especially toward a young employee, creates a toxic and unsafe workplace and reflects a serious failure of leadership. This is not a training issue; it is a character issue.
This behavior is unacceptable and should not be ignored. It needs to be addressed immediately, and Dustin should be removed from any role where he has authority over others.

I ordered online and arrived at the store and parked directly in front of the Curbside sign. After I sat there for 15 minutes, it still showed in the app that my sandwich was not being prepared but yet it said it was going to be ready in 5 minutes. I called the store to find out what was going on and the team lead,, I believe her name was Chris or christy, said that the manager decided to stop curbside service and then I would have to come in and get my sandwich. My sandwich had already been made, which means it was sitting there for at least 20 or 25 minutes and I got tuna mind you. I told her I could not come in and get my sandwich because I had back trouble and she told me like she was scolding me that she would do it just this one time but from now on I would have to come in and get it. Maybe she knows a magical way to heal my back! If she does, I certainly hope she calls and lets me know! After I got it all the way home, I realized that they didn’t put jalapenos on my sandwich as requested. This is the second time that I have had issues with this location and I see now that several people have. The lead said that they had changed managers recently. I think they need to go back to the old manager or close completely. Please avoid this location if you don’t want any problems. There are too many Subway locations to go to one that keeps messing up and honestly doesn’t act like they care if you’re even there or not.

A friend went to go order sandwiches, asked for a Veggie Delite on Italian Herb & Cheese, add pepper jack, pickle, banana pepper, no tomato.
My friend confirmed with the worker (short girl with black hair & faded green highlights & septum ring) TWICE that this was a veggie delite with pepper jack, pickles, and banana peppers. In what world does asking for a preset sandwich mean you get bread and your add ons only?
Because when I pulled up to the store for a remake, this is how the workers claimed their chain worked. ‘A veggie delite skips the meat, and relies on customer crafting at the table’ It does not. That’s called a create your own sandwich. Veggie Delite is a preset that comes with spinach, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, green bell peppers.
The green & black haired girl then tried to act as if she wasn’t the one to originally serve my friend, and that “if someone hears that [specific sandwich customizations] they’ll only put that.” Someone is you, miss girl. You also didn’t hand out a receipt! You are the one that made the sandwich and you clearly don’t have proper training if not one of three workers present can make a preset sandwich with customizations, because we have ordered this EXACT way from this EXACT store before and never had anything like this happen. stop hitting your pen in the fridge.
