I stopped by here today on my way home from work (5:15), and I ordered the number 11 (original combo).
I was over halfway home before I opened the burger wrapper (I live about 45 minutes away).
Whenever I picked the burger up, I noticed something long and shiny stuck to the side of the bun. I realized it was a piece of plastic
Once I got home, I picked it off and up and noticed it was actually fairly sharp—bigger than I originally thought.
Thankfully, I noticed it before taking a bite, but that could’ve been very dangerous.

I usually enjoy eating the sweets here, but the employees just make it a place that isn’t welcoming anymore.
I wanted to get a cone with sprinkles, and the employee said everything will be ready shortly. I go to the window and then told me the sprinkles weren’t available, which is fine. I told them to just cancel the order because I don’t like it eating it plain, and low and behold, I hear them complaining in the back about me not wanting it. Trying to convince me to take it, but I simply didn’t want it anymore. Wasn’t a big deal until I hear them talking crap and complaining. Nowadays, anything is problem.

2/2/25 19:30. I stopped in for dinner. Waited at the counter for someone to come take my order. Someone in the back came out and greeted me, then proceeded to scream someone’s name until they came to the cashier counter. Then yelled at her to remain upfront. I was completely embarrassed. For the poor girl at the counter but for myself getting the stare down. My food came out very timely but my blizzard was an afterthought. I had to return to the counter and ask for it before I left. The store was very clean except for the soda station. I would definitely give this place a second chance.

Went to drive thru to order with a coupon for 2 small shakes for 4 dollars plus tax. I get to window, server lady says “I will have to scan the coupon” and points about 10 feet away from her to another register. Mind you there is only one lady waiting on her food inside and NO other customers at that moment. I told her to please scan it and my total was then like $4.32. She rolled her eyes right in front of me. I stood my ground, I told her at the speaker I had the coupon. She was extra slow too. I don’t know what kind of day she was having, but she was RUDE. Dairy Queen Fitzgerald, do better.

I don’t know if she was manager or not but we went through the drive through at 2155 on Sunday night 8-11-24 and if I had a business like this I would want my whole crew like her. We will be going back and hopefully she will be there to wait on his.

We had a treat for our kids. Dropped by for the Blizzard. We got the small and that was a good size to satisfy the soul. The service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. Will have to stop by again.

It was great as usual! Nakiesha took excellent care of me and my little boy!! We eat outside on beautiful days and she brought our food out to us, then brought our special made desserts at the perfect time. She paid extra attention to us and we both appreciated it! ❤️
