So far, this has been the worst fast-food chain we’ve visited. The café itself is new and clean, which is a plus! The fries, peach cobbler, and mozzarella sticks were fine, but the sandwiches were a major disappointment.
Apparently, you have to specifically ask for extras like cheese or vegetables, but I didn’t know and wasn’t asked, so I ended up with the saddest sandwich of my life. The Italian dip was falling apart, though thankfully they remade it.
Not sure what kind of meat that was, but it had little resemblance with meat.

Stopped by here for lunch on the to Florida. I ordered the Angus Cheesesteak which was really good and tasty. Sweet tea also hit the spot. Staff was nice and dining area was clean. Just need to keep up with the restroom.

**Update** After craving Arby’s for months I gave in and tried again at this location, only because of the response from mgmt below.
I dined inside this time. Service was much better. Food was delicious. The restaurant itself looked and smelled clean. Recommend.

Food was good, as usual. Not one employee greeted me or said hello. After placing my order the cashier shut the cash drawer before giving me my change. She had to wait for someone to open the drawer, which took a few minutes. She did not one time apologize for her mistake or for making me wait. She was not friendly and never smiled. Terrible customer service.

OVERALL MESS!!…What a disappointment!!! They had no mash potatoes, no corn, no biscuits, no apple pies, no white chicken meat and to top it off they took almost an hour to give us our order to get rubbery bleeding chicken. The only thing that was good was the soda….So glad we are not from this area and we will never have to deal with this again. If you are driving by and not from here DO NOT STOP HERE!! Not worth the wait or anything. Also..The ladies bathroom is disgusting and smells like pee!! Garbage overflowing and not once saw an employee wiping down a table…Very terrible management here.

Second time we have eaten at an Arby’s and boy was it worthwhile. Pulled of I-95 going south at exit 104 in GA and planned on eating at Chick-fil-A but the long car line made us go to Arby’s. Restaurant was seating inside and all sections were marked off and super clean. I ordered the Ruben Sandwich meal plus a Root Beer Float. Bill ordered the 2 for $6 chicken sandwiches. Food came out quickly and hot. Total was $16.90 and worth every cent as I only finished 1/2 of my Ruben and Bill only his Buffalo Sauce Sandwich. Ice tea was refilled with a new cup and we ended up taking the rest of the food home for dinner. As we were leaving we noticed the crew doing a cleaning of all occupied booths and extra effort taken to make sure everything was super clean for the next guests. Let me tell you Arby’s is my new go to when I want something besides a burger or Subway when we are traveling.

Went through drive-through smoothly. Stopped by for a quick lunch and ordered a brisket bacon flatbread along with the market fresh roast turkey & Swiss with extra spicy mustard with no mayonnaise. For my desserts I ordered the vanilla shake, salted caramel and triple chocolate cookies. My flatbread was great, but my wife’s turkey sandwich was skimpy on meat compared to the thickness of the bread. Also, the crust of the bread was hard after having been heated or toasted. I would order my sandwich and desserts again; she probably would order something different if we were to order drive through there.
