Absolutely the rudest personnel I have ever dealt with. I asked for my order to be repeated at the drive thru because what was on the screen didn’t match my order. The person on taking the order literally said “Are you kidding me?” and then proceeded in a terrible manner read my order back, asking if I thought they were stupid in a snarky manner. Then proceeded to continue the argument at the window. I promptly drove away without my order or paying and went to another location. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin Donuts location. Shameful.

This place really needs to get it together. For over a year every time I ask for a bagel extra toasted dark they give it to me still raw…I don’t even like it dark but I at least try to emphasize I need my bagel TOASTED when I ask for toasted. I really don’t understand what is going on. I believe they want the line to go quick and aren’t willing to take the time to make sure your food is correct. As you can see the bagel has parts not even toasted, and the inside was raw. This is after asking for it toasted dark.

They are overpriced and charge a flat rate. Example: I ordered a croissant and frozen coffee and I was charged $10. I got to neighboring DD and what w get is $7-$8 and change. They have done this before and I ordered a few things and my payment was $20. They are rounding prices up. This was my last time there. I am not going back. I would rather go further away to Moreland Rs or Warrington. They have excellent service and prices!!!

I went inside to order at 11am today and had 3 workers standing there wiping things down not helping customers or myself. No one greeted me or spoke to me. I waited for at least 7 mins before I finally asked if I can order. The employee rolled her eyes and said they were busy and I can order on the kiosk. I said you’re just cleaning? She said no we are busy. I said so I can’t order? I then got approached but another rude employee saying “what do you need?” Where at that point I left. They clearly don’t want business or to help customers.

I arrived at this Dunkin’ Donuts at 7:40 PM last night when I went to the window they told me they were preparing to close. I said it’s not 8 o’clock are you close and they said yes. I find it very unprofessional to have a sign on your door that says you close at 8 PM yet your employees are prepping to leave 20 minutes early. I go to Dunkin every day and this is the only store that I know that decides to stop taking orders 20 minutes before they actually close this needs to be reported and handled. I saw two cars after me get refused service. Also the employees can leave at 8 PM. It’s not about you. It’s about the customers

If this is the Dunkin on Easton road & Edgehill I want to commend the heavy set either Asian or Latina employee who wears glasses…I went in there on January 26 about 2pm the day after the snow storm & she was the only employee behind the counter, taking orders, preparing the food & getting the coffee…myself & all the customers marveled at her.. she deserves a bonus…I’ve never seen that occur before, especially in a store that is so busy most of the time

They messed up my order which usually happens at least every other time we go there and had to drive back to have them fix it and had to wait for 10 minutes for them to send me home with the skimpiest sandwiches I’ve ever gotten there. Also don’t order extra espresso at this one because they will charge you for it and never give it to you.
