This place was sooo good! First time here. Had the cauliflower crust with mushrooms, spinach, and chicken toppings. The crust was perfect, it was delivered to my table with barely a wait, and the whole process of ordering was smooth and friendly. The atmosphere was great as well. I especially liked the huge wall of quotes. I almost felt bad not talking to the people around me, because I was reading the wall.

Went in here randomly for a late lunch and it was very empty, I assume because of the time, but that was nice because I could take my time and look at all the toppings. They have a “Happy Hour” from 2-5 so my pizza was only $5.99 which was awesome. I got thin crust and it was cooked just right. The restaurant itself has a modern industrial feel to the place and they played good music. The pizzas overall impression was good, but there was a little something lacking flavor-wise. But I had a good time and would definitely go back again.

I love the concept of Pieology. One price and you get to pick all the toppings you want on your pizza. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The location is not too bad. It’s fairly easy to get in and out of this location. The pizza is good and they offer gluten free crust for those that want it.

I love this pizza place. They made my grand daughters feel really special with their own personal pizza with it’s tiny slices. They ate almost their whole pizzas. Seeing them enjoy their lunch with their grandpa on his birthday, made my day. Thank you to your excellent crew. We will definitely be back.

Very good pizza. The price was very good. Somewhat limited topping choices but still a good selection. My expectations were exceded. The price of a fountain drink was a bit high, but honestly where is it not high these days? Very friendly staff, willing to accommodate requests like topping on halves and quarters

Pieology is amazing. Their build your own pizzas are delicious with a wide variety of toppings and combination possibilities. They offer white, whole wheat, and gluten free crusts. They have a nice selection of drinks, both bottled and canned as well as soda or new teas at the fountain. The staff is lovely, and last visit in we discovered they are doing a happy hour from 2-5pm where pizzas are $5.99. Not sure how long that will run for, so go in to try them soon!

One of my favorite ‘build your own’ pizza places in Louisville. Pizza is always great. Wish they had the flavored lemonade machine going more often. Most of the time it is either empty or close to being empty. Overall, very good.
