This location used to be awesome but lately they’ve really been dropping the ball.
February 27, 2026 ordered 4 large pizzas and each one was wrong. 1 of the messed up pizzas I wasn’t worried about as much as the other ones that they left meat off of. And one of them they put a literal 4 small pieces of chicken on the entire pizza when I ordered extra chicken on top of leaving off the bacon… We’ve been having them deliver to us for about 7yr and this by far the worst they’ve ever messed up our food…..
As soon as the order was dropped off I checked them and immediately called the store when I had seen they were all wrong. He never gave me a name but whoever I talked to said he had added to my account for them to remake 4 large pizzas. Cool, i was fine with that even if it was for less toppings than i ordered….. well tonight, March 7th, 2026, i call to get my remake and they said it was never actually added to my account so they wouldn’t remake it at all…..
Super super frustrating.
The only reason I didn’t go to completely to 1 star is because they typically are better than this.

This place has the worst customer service. Specialty pizza was delivered with no sauce. Tried to call the location, they set the phone on the counter and never came back. Tried to call again multiple times and it rang busy. Drove to the location with the pizza. The manager, and I use that term loosely, she not be working with or around people. I left with no pizza and no refund. We will never order from this location again

I placed an order and waited over an hour. They kept pushing the delivery time out further and further. Then all of a sudden they cancelled my order. No explanation, nothing. And that was an hour and a half after I placed the order! Never did receive any pizza

One of my worst Domino’s experiences in a long time. I ordered carry out on the app and it said it was ready so I walked in and was told unapologetically and rudely by the cashier that it wasn’t ready, despite it saying on the app it was ready. When I asked why she just mumbled something and walked away. Eventually the girl making the pizza said she messed up my tots and had to remake them. When it was ready instead of handing my food over, the rude cashier went to go help some other customers and snapped at me when I asked for my food. The girl making the pizza eventually handed the food to me. Overall I’m not a big fan of waiting when the app says my food is ready, but I would’ve been more forgiving if the employees weren’t so rude, especially the cashier. The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars instead of one is because the food was decent.

I went last night to give it a try for the first time in probably 5 years. There are things I liked and disliked.
Pros – cost wasn’t bad. 7.99 for a large 3 topping. Pizza was fully cooked and not doughy, bacon was very crispy (big bonus), convenient location.
Cons – the pizza did bubble up slot while cooking and all the bubble spots were pretty burnt. 3 slices almost weren’t edible.
Now, the window they’ve installed due to covid (I imagine)….instead of talking to them inside, where there is some air and ventilation, I had to talk to them through the window. This will focus all germs directly back and forth between the 2 people talking. I think it’s a backwards idea. They need to install an intercom or something. Or perhaps just step outside to talk to the customer.

The pizza was delicious, hot, and fresh. We ordered delivery and we received it in a timely fashion! We had a great experience and look forward to making this Dominoes our go to for delivery every time!

Usually it’s a very nice place but as of late it has not been good. I went there today to get an online order, I was a little early and the person at the register told me it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I ask and it’s ready, someone should have told me but oh well. So I go to The register and the person at the register starts helping someone else. Well there was an issue so I finally ask one of 4 of the drivers standing there if I can grab my pizza. He grabs it for me and I say oh I’m also supposed to have sauce and he says I’m getting it. Very rude. I finally get home and open my pizzas and sure enough one of them was completely the wrong thing. Will not be going there for a long time. Also just a note I saw an employee answer her phone and stay on a phone call while making pizza crust. That is very unsanitary and she should have washed her hands after touching her phone. I usually try to have some understanding having worked fast food myself but if I kept someone waiting 20 minutes my manager would have gotten me in trouble.
