I’d like to start with, this was over three years ago, but this interaction has stayed with me since then and I need to finally get it off of my chest. On a night I had gotten off of my night shift (around one in the morning) myself and my wife had gone to get some Taco Bell to satiate our hunger for the night, but little did we know, we would have the worst Taco Bell experience of our lives. We had gone through and ordered on the app, to hopefully make it easy for the workers, but it was nothing but simple. My wife had ordered an Chalupa meal, but wanted to substitute the beef for only chicken. They had given us a mix of beef and chicken. No biggie, we decided to tell them that it was only chicken, and they would hopefully remake it. They had, once again, messed up our order. We wanted only chicken, no beef. Easy enough, I thought. We went up one final time to correct our order, and the lovely lady at the speaker said “Oh? Only chicken? Yeah we got you.” And then proceeded to give us a lousy Chalupa tortilla with quite literally, only chicken on it. We were shocked, appalled even at this injustice. It took our own insolence to come inside the Taco Bell to correct this wrongdoing, and only then did our order, at last, finally get made correctly so that we could leave, and enjoy our 2am on this Wednesday night. I needed to tell this story do that I might finally get the closure I so deserve for this slight upon my existence.

Oh my goodness, who knew! My son and I tried the $5 nacho box. He got chicken and I had the steak. Fresh, hot, and HUGE. More than a value, and it comes with a medium drink to boot. The store is clean ( bathrooms too), and the staff is super friendly. Definitely a must for something fresh and hot. Thanks Leesville!!

They never make your food right your basically spending money on food tht u didn’t want I’ve had this taco multiple times and everytime I keep getting my order wrong I called the manger abt it to constant getting my order wrong and all he said there’s nth he can do abt im never spending money at this Taco Bell they don’t care about there customers

The Ai drive thru ordering system is terrible. Repeats the same questions and delaying orders. Ai is supposed to improve customer satisfaction, not in my experience.

My experience personally wasn’t good I will order something from this Taco Bell and I usually get a grilled cheese steak burrito and they will replace the steak with ground beef or pork and I wouldn’t be asking for that I’ll have it set to steak but they keep messing up my order and at the end of the day I spend money on food I didn’t want they don’t care about there coustmers I know multiple people that have been here and they order was completely wrong these people don’t know how to do there job never ordering from this Taco Bell agian

Went threw drive threw and couldn’t add to steak chalupas without frying them.. then manager wouldn’t even come to window told the drive through lady to tell me.. every taco bell i have been too has always not fried my chalupas which makes them a gordita that they nooooo longer make that’s why I ordered chalupas in the first place. Im going to the district manager about this.
