Ordered through GRUBHUB and this is what I got!!! Definitely not grubhubs fault. This is very unacceptable. I definitely called to complain and requested a refund. My order was wrong plus the sandwich was very soggy and ingredients were not IN the sandwich. This is horrible!!!

My sister got food poisoning after eating here!!! And after reading reviews shes not the only one! Food obviously had gone bad or workers are not disinfecting like they should be. Smh do better

The young lady who made my order attitude was nasty. She was not providing good customer service. She took it personal that I asked her to change her gloves after she placed my sandwich in the microwave. She then precedes to scratch her scalp, and put lipgloss on and try to make my sandwich with the same gloves. Location was nasty, trashy, and flies were flying around. Gossip amongst the 2 workers and a former employee was talking place in front of customers. Customer service is very poor.

The two kids that were working tonight were very attentive! One saw that I was tense being behind a big order and I only had one sub so he went ahead and took care of me…the smile on their face when I gave them a 5 dollar tip a piece was priceless knowing that they wouldn’t get one from the order ahead of me…lessons it’s the little things and props to these boys for working!!

Omg the tall light skin lady I think her name starts with a z? She talks like Siri and the Walmart machine. She also had a line and she made it worked within 5 to 10 minutes!! Even though I don’t do long lines but I decided to stay in line cause she brings happiness to me and everyone else. Why isn’t she a manager yet? I love her energy!!!! SHES awesome

My turkey was from the bottom of the bin and was dry. Hence, I got less meat than the other customers. My lettuce was also from the bottom of the bin. Other issues with this one. The corporate office emailed an apology but I wanted my money back. Don’t bother.

The girl was training and while she was making my sandwich her hand touch her trainers hair right over the food the trainer did not have her hair pulled up it was branded long and way below her shoulders and the little would get to close to her and touch her hair pretty Grose you all need to do better with that store last time I went before this one produce looked horrible so I just walked out diddnt order went Jimmy subs ware I had better stuff
