First off I usually dont write reviews like this but all the kids that work here always seem miserable its like your asking them for a favor not paying for coffee, the always make the coffee opposite of what you ask for, its not that hard to be given instructions on how to make one cup of coffee on request! Sadly

I asked for 2 bagels with cream cheese toasted and cream cheese in them. The employee then notices when I’m paying that I’m using a credit card. She then says only on the side. That’s not big deal. But then as I am waiting she speaks in another language and complains about me not tipping, says I’m not giving him cream cheese, and then she didn’t even toast the bagel for me. As I am in the store putting the cream cheese on the bagels I noticed and they also just put the tops of the bagel in 1 wrapper and the bottoms in another wrapper. The just disgusting attitude of this employee was atrocious and this dunkin donuts should be ashamed of themselves at the little amount of effort displayed to get my order. I also was running late for work and she then proceeded to move ck me because I was still in the store putting cream cheese on my bagel and said “next time he will tip”. Disgusting and how she spoke in another language but thought I wouldn’t catch it was the bigger problem.

Majority of the employees here are always kind. The line for the drive through can get really long during peak hours, so sometimes it’s best to go in and order. On a few occasions I’ve waited more than 20 minutes in the drive through. If you’re in a rush, I recommend ordering your food/drinks ahead of time and make sure to set your order pick up to ‘in store’.

Nothing like waiting in line at the drive through, struggling to listen to the speaker because it’s too quiet only to find out they don’t serve sandwiches. I order 2 donuts and they get that wrong. On top of that they are placed face down so the frosting smears to the bag…

When I ask for a toasted bagel I want it toasted not microwave hot and soggy. Second who the hell orders an everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese? I don’t know but that’s what I got. Third with 6 to 9 people working there at any given time, you have enough staff to put the cream cheese on my bagel. Oh yeah tell the people running the drive through window to stop asking for tips.

I go to this Dunkin location a couple times per week because there is usually a sweet elderly employee who is always so pleasant. This morning , I went to the drive through and the person taking my order a the drive through was so unbelievably rude. I drove up to the window and asked who took my order and come to find out it was the MANAGER. She is a middle aged woman with red hair ( box dye). I feel bad for the employees who work there. The manager seems miserable!
