Food was decent. The staff not so much. My fiance and I walked in last night around 6:30 for dinner, we placed our order and waited at our table for our food. The waitress brought out our appetizers and drinks, and we started eating. About 5 minutes later the same waitress approached our table with a receipt in hand and told us that we are required to leave a tip for dine in( we always leave one when we dine in anywhere) This is not disclosed anywhere when you walk in,on the menu, or on the receipt and is an illegal practice. The food was decent but we will not be returning after their employee tried to scam us for money

The good food is the only thing that kept me going back. Between constantly being put on hold and forgotten, items missing from my order and now being lied to for almost an hour (in an empty restaurant with 5 employees working) about my order coming right up I had to leave with nothing after being told it would be another 10-15 minutes after over 50 minutes of waiting from the time I ordered. Obviously my order was lost (mistakes happen) but instead of being honest or considerate of the customer the staff decided the best way to tell me about the mistake they had made was to lie about it while they searched for my order ticket for 10-15 minutes after i arrived 20 minutes from the time i ordered over the phone (instead of just retaking my order and admitting the mistake when I arrived) to then start making my food. I’ve accepted that quality customer service is basically a thing of the past, but this was something so far out of what is reasonably acceptable that I would never risk having to go through that again regardless of how good the food is. I wasn’t the only customer that this happened to that same night. Never ever again

Big shout out to the young lady taking orders, handling take out orders, making drinks, and doing table service all at the same time alone. This is one of the more quieter bonchon locations I’ve come too, food was hot fresh and delicious.

I heard great things about this Bonchon so I decided to order some takeout. The food was warm when it got here, and it was plentiful. However, the chicken was quite bland as well as the rice. The most enjoyable part was the fries. Was the meal I had satisfactory? Yes. Was it delicious? Not quite. I would go here again to try their other menu items, though.

Stopped in to try the wings based on reviews. We tried the soy and spicy wings along with some fries. Really wasn’t a Fan of the wings due to the hard crunchy bread covering. It was hard and a lot of it. The soy and spicy flavors were not my taste but others in our party had a different opinion and thought it was good. Wings were large. The fries were very good. Service was fast and appropriate. No prior experience with Korean style wings so this likely influenced opinion. The lunch special $13 for 8 large wings and fries seem like a deal if you like it.

I want to start off by saying aways take a look at the location during a busy time of day , if its full of customer’s? They may have good to great food or possibly the only restaurant available….on the other hand if a place is not packed with customer’s during this time “Beware” !!! Today i stopped by the crofton location to grab a quick bite .First of all the lunch menu was priced at no discounted rate and I chose not to get any sauce on my wings I asked to have it on the side …the waitress wanted to charge me 95 cents to put it in a cup . The chicken was not seasoned at all…just the batter had a hard as hell shell on the outter layer and the meat itself was like a child cooked it !! I also watched another customer (she was a American female) come and place an other ….once she paid and the food returned she then asked the SAME person for 2 of the sauces the worker paused the gave it to her at no cost !!! Bonchon I’m done !

We ate here for the 1st time. It was lunch time during the weekday and it was quiet. We saw two customers who had a carry out order. We ordered to dine in and we got served with food packed for carry out. The staff gave us two paper plates and plastic cutlery. The spicy tenders were really hot and a little too much for me. The barbecue sauce was ok. I was expecting something similar to what I ate when I was in Seoul S. Korea but it’s not as good. The fries though are very good and crunchy. The coleslaw taste old so we didn’t bother finishing it. The server was nice.

I love the Bonchon chicken and taco. Definitely a place I like to go. The strips are always a hit or miss though unfortunately.
Sometimes the strips are great but like today they tasted a bit burnt and dry. Maybe the oil needs to be changed in fryer or cooked to long. Its sad when I take a lunch break so I cant receive new strips if needed. I’m still a loyal customer though.

I’m fairly tough in my judgement sometimes so I lean towards a 4 star rating but I could not find anything in particular the demerit this place on. The food was really good (Not necessarily exceptional, which is about what I expect from a chain). The waiter was attentive and the food was out in a reasonable and it was hot. My wife really enjoyed our time hear and would love to go back.

Everything has changed for the worst. Fried rice isn’t the same. Ordered a soy garlic chicken fried rice and they just gave me a fried rice with regular chicken. The fried rice itself doesn’t even taste good any more. Very lightly seasoned almost no flavor. Very disappointing.
