Double Chocolate Brownie: I’m the endangered American that can rarely be spotted in a Starbucks. Nothing against them, I just tend to think it’s a little over-priced and I prefer to brew my own cup of joe. Starbucks gift cards tend to be popular rewards at my place of work though, so I’m guilty of collecting them to use on bakery items. Their Double Chocolate Brownie is described as rich and containing generous amounts of semi-sweet chocolate chunks. Texturally I found the brownie to be more fudgy than cakey, which is a plus in my book. The chocolate chunks are abundant, but they’re a little too dark/bitter for my preference (not bad though). Even though I prefer milk chocolate chunks, I do love the contrasting texture that the crisp chunks add to the soft and chewy brownie body. That brownie body is also satisfyingly thick and as described, mouthwateringly rich. This product is impressive for a non-homemade brownie. My only complaints are it doesn’t come with frosting (I added my own at home) and it costs $4. If I can make a batch of eight brownies myself for less money than one of these and mine taste better, then why get one from Starbucks? Doughboy approved , but only if my oven breaks or somebody else is treating.

Best Starbucks I have been to in years. Alyssa was awesome, service was great overall and very friendly, and my drink was perfect. This will definitely be my go-to Starbucks from now on. Thank you guys!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks location for a while, but ever since management changed, the customer service has gone downhill. The staff and management have consistently been rude and dismissive.
Today was another disappointing experience. I placed my order (which was simple), and when I got to the drive-through window to pay, I asked for a spoon. I was told that “next time” I need to let them know beforehand if I want a spoon. It’s a spoon — something that should not be an issue to provide, especially at the window.
I also asked for a pup cup, and the employee responded by saying, “Do you understand the term pup cup? It means it’s for dogs.” That comment was unnecessary and came across as very condescending.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this type of attitude here. Unfortunately, the same tone and treatment seem to come from management as well. It feels like customers are being talked down to instead of treated with basic courtesy.
I truly don’t like leaving negative reviews, but after multiple rude interactions, I felt it was important to share my experience. I hope corporate looks into this location and addresses the ongoing customer service issues.

They had four employees and only one was making the drinks. I had to wait really long before he made my drink. I didn’t understand why the others couldn’t contribute, but besides that place was good it’s cozy. They have sofas good seating arrangement facility looked clean and Need. I don’t know if I should come back because of the long wait.

I have been a regular Starbucks customer for years, but my recent visits have been disappointing. On multiple occasions over the past two weeks, my drinks (both iced and hot) have consistently been served noticeably underfilled—often leaving ½ to ¾ inch of empty space below the rim, even after settling. This occurs regardless of whether the order is made in-store or via mobile, and with various beverages (lattes, Frappuccinos, refreshers).
While the taste and service remain generally good, receiving less than the full volume I paid for feels inconsistent with Starbucks’ usual standards. I hope this is a temporary training or calibration issue and that cups will return to being filled properly soon. Until then, I’ll unfortunately be visiting less frequently.

Store opens up at 4:30 am. I got there on there right in the money 4:30 am, the employees are sitting in the car still. I let it be and wait roughly five minutes i know it’s early. Now it’s 4:40 and they are just staring at me and not coming to the window after we made eye contact. Almost late to work with no coffee, I would never go back to this location

The location has really declined and completely needs to be re-staffed. I remember when this place first opened; the staff was friendly, talkative, and helpful. Now, the energy has shifted, and no one seems happy to be there. Since it’s the closest location to my home, I now find myself driving by to Southridge or even the Morgan location on 27th because they provide better service.
I visited tonight with good, bubbly energy. When I pulled into the drive-thru to pick up my online order and gave my name, the worker—who didn’t carry herself professionally like a barista—just said, “PULL AROUND!” This really threw off my vibe. When I got to the window, I had to wait, and when she finally came over, she greeted me with an unenthusiastic “Hi” and handed me my drinks before abruptly shutting the window. I was left thinking, “Wow, what a disappointing experience.”
It seems like the entire crew is annoyed by the orders. I should mention that we didn’t request any specific modifications with our drinks. In fact, the last few times my husband and I placed orders there, he suggested that we should avoid that location (Loomis & Layton Ave).

On a road trip, we mobile ordered as we always do. I ran in to go to the bathroom and the staff started talking bad about me using the bathroom without ordering to another customer who it turns out was my son. I wish I hadn’t ordered drinks and snacks for four people. So much for the Starbucks way. Disappointing.

On August 28th, my friends and I placed a mobile order just a few minutes before arriving. When we pulled up, there were no cars ahead of us or behind us. The barista immediately scolded us for not giving them enough time before pulling in the drive through and said we should have waited longer in the parking lot because their new algorithm needed to catch up.
The interaction felt strange and unsettling. We had ordered ahead, and there was no line, so it was unclear why it mattered if we had a mobile order or ordered at the drive through… it would’ve taken the same amount of time to prepare…. I had never experienced anything like this before.
She also told us they would need more time since we had not waited, but then they were ready within 30 seconds.
When we left the parking lot between 1:42 & 1:43… we checked the app and it clearly said our order would be ready by 1:40
Overall, it was a confusing and disappointing experience in terms of customer service and making us as customers feel like an inconvenience. I don’t understand why you’d ever tell a customer to wait in the parking lot.

I don’t really ever write reviews but I feel like this needs to be addressed, I used to work at Starbucks and I understand policies but this was just not it. The lady at the window did not have an apron on so I couldn’t identify who she was, I asked her about my order to clarify why my drink was rang out like it was and she did explain which is fine and then she walked away, no conversation at all at the window besides that, I felt very unwanted and not welcome, they didn’t write on my cup, my drink tastes very close to swamp water and chemicals and then right when she handed me my drink I asked for a straw and she completely ignored me and walked away again. She came back and looked at me and I asked her again for a straw, handed it to me and then as I was pulling away I could hear her talking on the headset about how I asked about clarification on my order to the other baristas. Overall it felt very unprofessional and I know as I used to work at Starbucks for almost 3 years this is not the standard Starbucks holds for their partners.
