Been here many times, food is always good and I can’t really complain about anything. Tonight I went in and the woman named Angeles genuinely provided the best customer service I’ve received from any food chain, she’s amazing and deserves a raise. With how thin the workforce has become and how much stress is put on people working these essential jobs her ability to be upbeat and friendly while providing value to the customer is exceptional beyond expectations.

Night shift is absolutely terrible. Made an online order and it was an extra 20 minute wait after the pickup time and its NOT due to being busy. While inside waiting they all stood around talking instead of fixing food. Tried to give me someone else’s order then argued with me about my name(tried to give me an order for Tom and thats not who I am)….the cooks openly complained about cooking more food since they was closing in an hour and a half…..Definitely the worst PE I’ve ever been to

The managers must get their bonuses based on never cooking any fresh product. Place closes at 930. Why are u breaking down the kitchen at 730-8pm, not cooking any fresh product? Come here at 8pm there’s only orange chicken, mushy overcooked broccoli beef & the driest fried rice & chow mein you’ve ever seen. Last week, there was literally ONE scoop of the Sesame beef & shrimp left, explain to me why the manager literally gave me the last scoop but left exactly ONE shrimp, ONE piece of beef & like two string beans, I wish I had my meta glasses on it would’ve went VIRAL! WHO were u saving ONE shrimp n ONE beef for lol it’s so sad it’s comical! Hate to be the poor soul that orders online & gets there DoorDash order with one shrimp & one beef BUT THIS IS WHAT THIS PLACE DOES! no worries, this manager won’t last long, it’s a revolving door at this place.

I ordered a plate with chow mein, orange chicken & broccoli. More than half of my plate is orange chicken, mind you I never said EXTRA chicken. Half of this plate should have been chow mein, one side for broccoli & other for chicken. this is so disappointing since i barely ever eat the chicken. The broccoli also was not fresh. If i wasn’t working i would have taken this back up.

The manager, I wish I got his name, and his 2 little friends were EXTREMELY rude and have completely assured I will NEVER return to this location ever again! I ordered black pepper steak with sweet fire chicken breast with rice2x and a chicken egg roll I ordered online to save time with my short work lunch. I got back had broccoli and sweet chicken and chow? Call back to get a replace order sent to me or a refund immediately, guy advised there’s no manager who can process a refund which would explain why you guys are making simple mistakes. You guys are bums and are failing your manager on her day off. If one of you excelled at your job you might get a promotion and give her some more off days. I will follow up tomorrow since that’s when the only manager at the location will be working.

First visit here in quite some time. It’s 8:00 Friday night. I had a dine in experience. Many of the food items looked tired and not abundant. Same story as most places. Not enough staff. Only me counter person. Two people preparing food. One person cleaning.
If you have a pickup order you are low priority. They stand and wait while walk ins are handled first.
My food was below average. I only came here as my first choice restaurant’s dining room is closed.

We ordered two family meals online for pickup, got there at the appointed time and the first meal was ready, the second took another 30 minutes. The first meal was cold by that time so they had to remake it and that took another 30 mins. Overall we were waiting there an hour, after the original 20 minutes. Several other customers were having the same problems
