Normally we love this location but not today we waited 25 minutes for our food. The team had no urgency for the dine in orders, only drive through. The cashier kept taking orders but no one was expediting them. Half of our order gets filled and sits on the counter for 10 minutes getting cold with flies buzzing around while they waited on more fries for the other half of our order. The tenders where little to be desired this time. All around disappointed today. Don’t come inside on Sundays. Just go through drive through and come in with it to eat it.

Very disappointed in the to go service tonight. They were out of ranch, didn’t get our order correct, asked for large sweet teas and got regular size and they were out of ranch, rally the only reason we went since they usually have good ranch. We weren’t greeted at the window when they took my husbands card and didn’t acknowledge or apologize for not having what we wanted.

Got 20pc chicken big box, slaw, and potatoes. The pint of slaw was only 2/3 filled and didn’t have much mayonnaise on it. The chicken had so much black pepper on it that it burned my mouth. I know this is a new location with many people learning, but they need more training up front before serving the public.
