Horrible service anymore . The other staff were so pleasant and fast .3 days last week . First day , ask for a croissant melt. Was still frozen , second day , I ask for decaffeinated tea w cream and sugar , they gave. Me a cup of hot milk 3 times. 3rd day , today … no one came to microphone . I pulled up and said is it broke ? Can I order . He yelled at me and said go back get in line again … rude rude rude and our company has been going over there for years. We are all done terrible.!

Placed on order through the app on Saturday 1/10/2026…. my card was charged, my money was taken but the location was closed. It was around 6:30am and the according to the hours… they should have been open at 6am. Now I have to try to get my money back. I don’t understand how you can place an order to a location that wasn’t even open.

I have only ever had positive experiences here! The woman who is at the drive-thru window when I leave work every day to grab a cup of coffee is so kind and fun to talk with. She even remembers me by my face and my order! It makes me feel so full of joy to know that I am remembered and cared about! Outside of this, she makes my drinks perfectly everytime and the food somehow tastes better than usual (maybe just cooked the right amount of time?) Anyway, this is a great location to visit

It’s new and they cant even make a breakfast sandwich right. Wonder why i never see cars there in the morning. My sandwich was so rock hard it was inedible and had to be thrown out. Wast of money. And they refused to give a receipt so i cant even contact corporate; like they care. Go about a mile up the road if you want good food and service and STAY FAR FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!

Great Dunkin, conveniently located off 322 with two drive throughs, and it is super new and clean. I enjoy this weekly. The people are super nice too.
