My daughter wanted for some reason to try Birria Tacos so I found this restaurant close by our house on Google. I realized quickly as we walked in that this is where Pane Vino used to be. It’s a super cute & cozy location. The staff were all amazingly nice but the food was just okay. The Birria tacos were a total no-go. They were way too spicy and the meat didn’t really have much flavor, plus the birria sauce was just grease, lots of it. The sopes cubano were really good & the street tacos were also great. The beans were not really good, they tasted like beans with water & a little bit of pico. Overall, I think I would give them another try.

Reached out about 10 days prior to an event
for catering for 30. Quote was professional, delivery and setup was efficient and cordial, and food was fantastic. Only thing was some of the meat on top of container wasn’t hot but it heated up quickly once sternos were on for a bit and I stirred. We have some vegetarians so they provided a lovely tray of grilled veggies along with the beef and chicken fajitas. The food was presented beautifully and it was delicious and plentiful. Will definitely recommend!

We stopped by for lunch. I had the birria tacos and my wife had the shrimp quesadilla. Three tacos with plenty of meat, avocado, pico, and in a fried corn tortilla. They were DELICIOUS! My wife’s shrimp quesadilla was delicious as well. Plenty of shrimp and served with all the standard fixings. Service was extremely friendly, fairly quick. It’s a smaller restaurant, but worth checking out if you’re in the mood for good Mexican food. Next time I’ll take pics, but the presentation was beautiful. They’ve even got a private room for larger parties, with it’s own door for privacy. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I had the Fajitas with all of the multiple meats. The vegetables were delicious. The guacamole was fresh and the Pico de gallo was tasty also. My son had the sampler with flauntas and street corner. We ate every drop. Our waitress was very knowledgeable, but I must say the staff was very attentive. It we asked for extra napkins, utensils. They were there in less than a minute. This place is a gem. My wife and I will be back. P.S. this blue corn tortillas…..just a piece of heaven.

Best Mexican style food we’ve tasted in a long time. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Katy area. Dianna gave us such great service too, would also recommend sitting in her area.

The food was delicious, with great flavors and a fresh feel. We tried three different dishes, and all were great. While I personally would have liked slightly larger portions, that’s just a preference.
We also sampled two of their house-made drinks, which were both tasty—I’ve uploaded some pictures of those. The jalapeño margarita was another standout, offering a flavorful, unique twist.
Our server, Pedro, provided exceptional service. He was professional, respectful, answered all our questions, and even opened the door for us as we left, which added a thoughtful touch.
The dining area has a great atmosphere, though the back and the restrooms could use some attention. A bathroom renovation would help bring the entire space up to the same standard as the main dining room.

Do not order online here. They messed up an our order. Our kids food had rice that was hard. We paid $60 (including tip) for two margaritas, one kids meal (two triangles of a quesadilla) and queso. Ridiculous expensive! I am all for supporting small businesses but this is insane! Will go somewhere else. Save your money!

Food was delicious, service was great, drinks were tasty, music was great, decor was great. I almost feel bad saying such great things because I don’t want it to be too popular and then we’d have to wait long for a table. I recommended it to a friend and they too said it was delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try another dish.

A hidden gem of the neighborhood. This is not your ordinary Tex/Mex. The food is elevated Mexican food. Their impeccable dishes and drinks are lively and full of flavor. Give them a try and you’ll be pleasantly surprised how good it can be.
