Pizza is delicious 95% of the time, always fast service when carried out. Fast with delivery. The right amount of toppings, I find when topping are over done the pizza gets soggy. I’ve never had that happen here. I like how the pizza automatically comes with a cup of garlic butter dipping sauce. . I would take the garlic butter sauce by itself like a shot. But if I started doing that I think my family would do some kind of intervention on me.

I like their app specials and today i tried the large any toppings deal for $10. I ordered extra Canadian bacon since it didn’t cost extra and got what was barely a regular portion. It also tasted greasier than usual. I’m sure I’ll still finish it lol.

Placed a order of bread sticks for pick up on my lunch break. Got back to work and tried to eat them. They had darker than normal loom to them and as well as a harder texture about them. If dissatisfied i normally say to myself buyer beware these days. Except it’s walking distance from work so I thought what the heck ill get a new order. It’s close and I’ll eat during my shift. When mentioned this to employees I was told that’s how there cooked. No refund could happen not replacing it and cooking it a little less. Pictures due not show them cooked this way on web site. Very disappointed . Looks like Jets or chanteclaire acquired a new customer. Crispy and dry you can see in picture.

Unfortunately the pizza was really not to our liking. It wasn’t awful, we just didn’t enjoy it much. We didn’t throw it out, LOL. We also had the traditional wings and they were EXTREMELY soft skinned, fatty if you wish. We are them, but had to peel quite a few thinker skin chunks away.
The guys working when I arrived were really nice and friendly, sweet kids.

Stop tagging orders Ready in the app and then say it’s not when I’m here to pick it up… 2 times now…. Maybe 3. ANNOYING! Wrote this in lobby while waiting…5 minutes and counting.

The only reason that this location has good reviews is because the people of Maple Grove have no idea what good food actually is. All they know is chain restaurant food and they can’t cook so they think everything out here is good when it’s not. Typically I love Papa John’s, but this location was so underwhelming. The Pizza was Dominos quality for double the price. Cheese sticks were dry and thin. Their garlic sauce cups were extremely watery and runny. There was basically no point in even using them. Not to mention they’re located in Maple Grove, but they don’t deliver to MAPLE GROVE… Make it make sense? I live on the other side of maple grove by the arbor lakes area. 4.3 miles away from here and they don’t deliver to me… After eating from here, me and my family had REALLY wished we had just got Little Caesars or Dominos. We could have gotten better food for half the price. Won’t be coming to this one again.

I’ve had great experiences with this location until now. Apparently they are using Doordarsh to deliver. In my experience Doordarsh has been terrible. I thought my order was taking a little longer than expected. I double checked the online tracker and noticed it was being delivered by Doordarsh. As expected my pizza finally arrived and was almost cold. If I’m spending $30 on a pizza it better be fresh. I’m very disappointed and may refrain from ordering from them again. I would normally rate them a 5 and probably would again for carryout. With Doordarsh they’re lucky to get 1.
