I place an order through their website for two Subway sandwiches order was placed at 2:40 the sandwiches were supposed to be ready at 2:55 when my husband and I arrived there we gave him some time until about after 3:00 and he went in to get the sandwiches there was no one in line the worker was not doing anything she did not have our sandwiches made and then when we get home I realize that she made them wrong! I tried to call the customer service line from the website to the subway and the phone line was busy this Subway has had multiple problems corporate really needs to come look at y’all and y’all need to do a better job! I’m leaving one star because I can’t leave a negative stars! I have had several friends complain about the Subway to me they mess up orders when you try to correct them their employees want to talk back an get an attitude with you and the manager doesn’t seem to care Subway Do Better!!

The lady that im not gonna release, that was apparently the manager own shift. On May 20th 2025 was rude. No customer service at all made a mobile order online. And when I got there, she told me that they were out of it, and I asked her if she could make it up with a different type of meat. Even though I use that coupon and it shouldn’t matter. Because no matter what, it’s going to come out to the same price. But she was so rude. I asked if she could contact the actual store manager. She told me she wasn’t gonna do that.She’ll just give it to me since I had to have it so rude I have never in my life been done like that not at all, how a restaurant or business should be conducted.if she is going to continue to be a manager figure she needs to be restrained on customer service for sure.

Who ever is over training the new employees needs to take more time to help them. This fairly new girl had no idea how to make a footlong ham on flat bread. She had to youtube it. By the time she was done it would have classified as a 6inch. Im not blaming her for how it turned as she was never told/shown.

Terrible service. My wife and I bought some sandwiches for her and I and our kids. We got a call not long after making the order from someone who works there. They said they didn’t have the ingredients, but accepted the order, so we had no way to cancel our online order. We tried to call them back, but no one answered the phones. I’ve liked to grab sandwiches in the past, but this is ridiculous.

Arrived at 9:57 and the lady told me she was closing in 2 minutes and I had to ask her to make my sandwich because they obviously weren’t closed and she was just being lazy. She wouldn’t toast my sandwich because apparently the toaster is turned off 30 minutes before closing. They also didn’t have tomatoes. If you’re going to be lazy and not have half of your sandwich shop available, why not just close 30 minutes earlier? Just save yourself the frustration and get a hot dog and nachos from the gas station.

Unfortunately I can’t give it more stars, I know it was busy and they where trying to rush everyone. But my request was simple, a Chicken bacon ranch sub, and the lady didn’t know how to make it. Why suggest something the employee has no idea how to make it. I asked for mayo on the second sub and she squirt so much it spilled all over the wrapper. Very bad service. First time I went there and maybe the last.

The driver was sent to the wrong store and when our food finally arrived the bread is so overcooked and hard it is not edible. We are home sick and this was by far very disappointing

They were out of meat said delivery trucks were late. They also left my chips and cookies off of pickup order and I called for about an hour and no one ever answered the phone. I did an online order. Not my best experience at ALL.

I called and ordered some platters saturday 8/15/2020 to be ready around 12 or 1 for Sunday for a gender reveal my son gets there about 1pm to pick up the platters up and they were closed. Our party started at 2..i would not recommend this subway.

Served by 2314 at 11:54 during my lunch very rude and took forever to get my order done threw half of my meat away because she put the wrong sauce on didn’t like it when I asked for more charged extra for more meat just horrible customer service.
