Before going here, we checked the reviews and some were 1-3 stars. We were about to not go but we researched. This place used to be Chinese restaurant, but changed to Vietnames and the chinese food on the menu changed to vietnames since the owner changed. The restaurant recently became vietnames restaurants, and the bad reviews were from 7 months ago so we gave it a chance since I love vietnames food (i’m vietnames) And when I came, it was one of the best choice. The service was amazing, the waiter was so nice, and the place on the outside and inside was so pretty. The food was so good too. The restaurant is really busy during the afternoon, I went there at 6 pm and it was less busier. When I was there at 6 pm, there was no wait time and the food came out really fast. Going there at afternoon might take a little longer for the food to come out but it’s totally worth it. I would love to go here again!

6/2025 seems like the owner was changed. During the day, now they have vietnamese food, the rest of the restaurant is still available for banquets. Menus have many attractive items, we tried intestines porridge, the porridge tasted good, the stuffs were hard, overcooked. One order of chinese donut only came in half. The chicken salad was quite small. It was mostly chicken white meat, not smooth, with extra salt and big pepper. Stuffed squid was ok. Sweet and sour mackerel came out as pomfret because they were out of mackerel so auto replaced. Not as fresh and as expected.
12/2023 Year end party, delicious party food. Recommend sweet n sour pork (with bone), sea cucumber with mushrooms & bokchoy, braised pork feet with lotus roots, and the fried sticky rice (not sure what it called).
10/2023 Dimsum was average, good service, not crowded.
9/2023 Came here for party style food. Decent food, big portions, friendly service, large space.

Walked in couldn’t understand waiter another person came in after looked me up and down felt offended so I did not give my business here. I came in Sandles and shorts. Decided to go to Stockton blvd to find a pho spot. Sucks because this is so close to my house.

The boss is very friendly and welcoming. She introduced us to their new banh mi menu. I tried the new bò né (basically steak, egg, vegetables, fries, with one knuckle sized baguette). I ordered an extra baguette because I just love it. Anyway, great experience, although this restaurant is newly opened, I think it has a lot of potential.

Came here for a wedding event. This place is horrible when it comes to air circulation. Their AC unit either is dead or needs to be fix. How can you offer your business to clients and can’t offer them proper comfort. I heard this business has been like this with other clients before in the past. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book this place ever until they fix the place up.

I order the family dinner. I specifically requested n spicy due to medical condition. The food was spicy enough that my father could not eat.
I paid in the store in the amount of $200.77 with my credit card. Now they charged me $230.89 without my knowledge. I think they automatically add 15% tip without notice customer which is very wrong.
My advice to all customers that making sure the bill is correct and confirm with the restaurant that do not add any additional tip amount.
I will never come to that restaurant again and again.

Horrible. We hold a wedding event here and they bring out the food late. Worst off, they slowly bring out the foods throughout the night while it was suppose to be out all at the same time. Horrible foods amd service.
