They constantly something is wrong when we order ,this time the meat is burnt,the portion is extra small and everything is globed up in the middle and it’s my partner bday and was looking forward to the steak tots.the sandwich was mostly bread and cold

Horrible. Ordered twice from here and they can’t even make their own recipes right. If you order the spicy chicken bacon ranch don’t expect the buffalo sauce on it because you won’t get it. Ordered two dipping cups and didn’t even get those. Best they could do for me was offer me two free dipping cups for the next time I ordered. 1.70$ is the value of 2 dipping cups. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your money at this dominos location. Go to the Latrobe store if any.

The food is great when my order is correct — which, unfortunately, is almost never. Every time I call to let them know there’s an issue, the staff are rude and show no intention of fixing their mistakes. At one point, they even tried to gaslight me by claiming I never placed an order, even though I clearly had. I ordered buffalo wings but they arrived plain. They never did fix that mistake. Tonight I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and they sent it to me without the sauce. I usually love Domino’s, so this location has been a major disappointment.

Worst customer service in the world at this location. Call ahead for pickup, 45 minutes later still not ready. Was not greeted when we came in, 3 employees looked at me and couldn’t be bother to even try to wait on me. Then…the pizza want that great. Not the first time for this location to hqve the same events take place, probably 3rd time. They really need to get some management that can run the place properly. I’ll drive to another location from now on, I stead of this one that’s 2 minutes from my house.

Never get delivery here. Takes forever and shows up cold. Last time there were holes in our crust on our cold cheese pizza. On our pepperoni, there were only 17 pepperonis, which makes enough for 2 pepperonis per slice, so they went light. We stopped buying from here after 3 straight bad deliveries.
*EDIT* I’ve even reported this store to corporate, and coming back to check reviews, it seems that nothing has changed. Still horrible food with horrible service. I won’t risk ordering here. I miss the Rochester PA Domino’s.

My issue is NEVER with the food, but ALWAYS with the delivery drivers! When I give them my address, they say they don’t want to take it there and they take it to a different location of their choosing. In particular, SEESHU thinks that he is above his clients and can do whatever he wants with delivery orders. It is not that hard. I can’t believe there is not a single person who has any common sense at this location it is very discouraging and based off of others experiences this location is all around terrible!

I ordered med 2 topping po,za 2 orders of 8 piece mild hotwings and one 2 liter of Coke. I ordered this for delivery. Although my house is less than 8 minutes from the store, I had it being delivered because it was late at night.
Problem: for the second time in a row my order was wrong. The first time they completely forgot my drink that I paid for. I let them know through the app, then recieved this free pizza which I was attempting to use last night. While I did recieve all categories of my food it was way wrong!
We recieved 2 20oz diet cokes (I’m allergic to the aspartame so couldn’t drink them), 2 orders of wings but they were plain and unsauced.
My entire order was cold, literally I had to heat it up in the microwave because it was cold. Order was ready at 9:34p, but wasn’t delivered until 10:09p.
In an attempt at getting my correct order, I called to the Greebsburg PA store 4x and could not get an answer. On top of that, the app didn’t work, so I couldn’t report the issue there to even get a credit. Now because it’s after 16 hours later, my order cannot be notated for a wrong issue, so I’m writing this review. This totally sucks that so much money was spent, the order wasn’t correct and I couldn’t even get it fixed. Buyer beware. Although prices are cheaper than some pizza places here, go with the other pizza places! It’s not worth your money to have it wasted on Dominos. Sorry Dominos, I tried you 2x in a row and both times were bad.

Often deliver to the wrong house or deliver the food behind the house, despite instructions to leave food at the front door. Pizzas have arrived undercooked and on one occasion they told us they didn’t deliver to our house and they had to charge extra; we live 1.8 miles from the location and have never needed to pay extra before. At one time this place was just fine but there are much better pizza places nearby.
