Ordered and it was “ready” in 5 minutes. Wrong size, cold, one pizza had wrong topping, crust is stale.
Ordered and 5 mins later, it was done. Literally. But somehow it was cold. One of the pizzas was wrong, so I took it back in. Two minutes later, I had another cold pizza. I ordered large and they were 12”. I cannot even leave feedback through the app for them. GO TO THE OTHER DOMINOS ON 100 OR GO TO PIZZA HUT OR PAPA JOHN OR ANYWHERE ELSE.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m extremely disappointed with the service from this Domino’s location. I have been a loyal customer and order from this store at least once a week, and have been doing so for about the past year without any issues with my address.
Unfortunately, this is now the second time my order has taken over an hour to be delivered. When I called to check on the ETA, I was given a story that my address was incorrect. That explanation makes absolutely no sense considering this same location has delivered to my home regularly for the past year.
What makes the situation worse is the lack of accountability and poor customer service. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or make things right, it felt like my concern was brushed off. When customers place late-night orders, they’re usually relying on that meal for dinner. Waiting over an hour only to deal with excuses forces people to make last-minute arrangements.
As someone who orders frequently, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Sadly, because of the poor service and lack of customer care, I will not be ordering from this location again.

I received a text for 50% off pizza, which had a link to My Dominoes app., I couldn’t find the deal on app. I called the store spoke with Timothy (stated was mgr) explained situation & if he would honor it at store, he Basically said “NO” ..I told him I could show him the text, stated didn’t matter, couldn’t honor it !!!
I called another Dominoes, explained situation, they stated No Problem, they would honor the text … Now… St. Joe’s Dominoes That’s how you Do Customer Service … I would hope the Real Manager would contact me ..

It’s Domino’s. I ordered from a hotel so service and atmosphere don’t apply. Worst Food I’ve ever had. Particularly the wings. Avoid at all costs. I think the cardboard box would be just as good as the pizza.

Ordered pizza around 11:30 and never received my order. Tried calling at 12 but never answered. I understand they close at 12 but if you have a order that was done not long ago at least answer or give customer a call if the order cannot be fulfilled

Holy moly. I’m usually a Pizza Hut man but I think they converted me to Domino’s with the new pan pizza. I had a 10 bucks gift certificate so I got 1 and my and my girl where both thrilled with how good it was. Dude who grabbed my pizza was nice too.

Recently made a trip back for the kids. Below are photos of am extra cheese pizza with Salami. You can clearly see they didn’t add extra anything. As a man who spent years in the Pizza industry I could make a better pizza than any my family have eaten from this place. Definitely only come here if it’s last minute.

I clicked saying I was here but when I came in NO ONE even said so much as hello or tried to see why I was there. I had to ask the the young man who came to pick up his deliveries for help. When we got our food home we discovered the cheese on 1 sandwich was burnt, my veggie sandwich was a chicken sandwich and 2 of the 3 sandwiches weren’t even cut through and the pizza looked good but was cold and yes I checked the sticker on the boxes to make sure it was mine. This was unacceptable!
