This young guys always has the most disrespectful attitude … ever cheerful and keep those god awful ear buds in his ear but yet has the worst attitude I don’t understand he is slowly changing the vibes at this location !!! This is my first time having a great experience at this subway. The young man with dreads allowed me to enter,even though it was closing time. He exemplified great customer service skills and did not rush me. I was hesitant about stopping at this particular store because every time,I encountered rude workers or managers. Thank you for the awesome service!

Maybe if the employees weren’t arguing about another customers order I could’ve gotten some good customer service. Took too long and all the employees seemed confused and afraid of the one employee that obviously wanted to be in charge. Finally got my sandwich and wish I had left it there. First time I got a subway sandwich that was flavorless.

I only gave it a 4 star because they will have you to stand in line even if you are not ordering a sib. I only came in for cookies and I was there in line for 20 minutes. Once I got to the area to order the food. The associate asked what I wanted and I told him cookies then he told me to go to the register. 5 minutes later he asked how many cookies and I told him 9 it must have choked him because he then asked me again and I told him 9 cookies, please.
There was no, I’m sorry for the wait, how may I help you or No, thank you come back again.
But I got my cookie and I’m happy.

This Subway is AWESOME ! There food is always fresh! They aren’t stringy with the ingredients! You get what you asked for. Pleasant atmosphere. Nice staff. Kid friendly. Oh yeah they also except coupons! Stop by and pick up a fresh sandwich. You want regret it.

Figured I’d give this establishment a try because it’s not far from where I live. Walked in and spoke, no response. The guy at the counter never acknowledged me or the guy behind me. He continued to make what looked like to be his and another employees own personal sandwiches. He stopped only to walk to the back to get the other employee to take my order, to my surprise he didn’t speak either. Finally after getting my food, the first guy cashed me out and I left. They both acted as if they didn’t want to be at work. Poor customer service. Guess I just picked the wrong day to try THIS Subway but never again. Anyone who reads this, hope your experience is better than mine was.
