Okay, I absolutely dragged Moe’s in another review, but plot twist: I stopped at a different location in Valdosta on a road trip and wow.. Hidden gem.
Somehow this Moe’s has escaped the great corporate sterilization. It still has the old decor, back when the place had personality instead of looking like a dentist’s waiting room. Even more shocking: the burrito tasted like circa 2014 Moe’s. You know, when it was actually good.
Yes, the cheese is still the newer version, similar to Chipotle, But overall? The food was solid, the restaurant was clean, and fully stocked.
This location feels like the last holdout from a bygone era.

Rice was so undercooked that we could taste rawness of it. It has always happen to us with rice at this location. I never order from here anymore but my husband’s experience was not good with rice either.

This place does not deserve any stars at all. We visited there in today 12/26/2025 about 2:00 pm one young man was sweeping upfront with earbuds in his ears did not acknowledge us at all, after standing there two or three minutes two more guys came from the back one walked by us & out of the side door the other sprayed the grill, continued to ignore my husband and I. Never experienced such inappropriate behavior at a restaurant. Never was acknowledged. We just walked out. I will post this on social media

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is clean and right behind charging if needed. It’s attached to a gas station as well. Food was fresh and good. Kids enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed the self order drive through. Our food from moment of order approximately 5 min. and service was pleasant. I’m shocked to see this place ranks at 3.7 stars? We ordered a home-wrecker bowl and three tacos.

I do not recommend this Moe’s location, especially if using the drive thru. I ordered a burrito bowl and was given mostly meat and lettuce, with little to no rice. It was honestly just a big pile of beef. I was also not given any utensils for the bowl. My carnitas burrito had no meat on it. The sodas ordered were flat and I was given kids sized straws for large drinks. And the chips given were stale. Again, I personally do not recommend this location. It was a waste of money and time.

This Moe’s is great. The staff is super kind made our meals with intention and joy! It’s very clean, seems well-organized and well-managed, and the food is delicious. Hunter made our food and was fantastic. Definitely don’t know why the rating is so low!
