I would definitely give this dunkin zero stars if I could. never in my life have i experienced worse service than this place right here. insanely rude and impatient staff, they are either nasty to you or incompetent. i go here once a week because it is on my way to work and im not even kidding when i say my order has been messed up EVERY single time ive been here. i refuse to leave the drive thru line until i check my bag for the missing items i KNOW will be there and they don’t like that. for a while it was an old lady who was ridiculously slow and incompetent. arguing with me about paying for my food when i already paid on the app. i don’t know if shes even there anymore but she ranted to me in the drive thru line about how crappy the job is, and i was like okay lady im in a rush just give me my coffee! don’t even bother ordering on the app, they will 100% mess your order up. if you get a donut, they will almost never give it to you and when you ask they get nasty with you and act inconvenienced. the dunkin on mountain ave however has friendly, hardworking staff and they are efficient and never mess your order up. once in a while is forgivable but that fact that its every single time and many people have said the same thing, tells me all i need to know. do better dunkin main st.

Just went to the other Dunkin in Hackettstown, friendly staff and very courteous to my son (age 2), patient enough to wait for him to say which donut he wanted.
The choice is clear which Dunkin all customers should choose.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, and unfortunately the service is consistently rude. I stopped in today at 11 AM to get glazed munchkins or blueberry munchkins— prime late-morning donut time — and when I politely asked what flavors they did have left, the employee responded with a short, dismissive tone. When I said we would just go somewhere else, she ended with a sarcastic, “K, byeeee,” which was shockingly unprofessional.
This is not an isolated encounter. On a previous visit (inside the store, not the drive-thru, also late morning), she was just as rude and again they were out glazed munchkins.
At 11 AM, a busy Dunkin location should still have donuts and munchkins available. I don’t know the baking schedule, but I do know customers shouldn’t have to guess whether this store has product before lunchtime. If donuts are a core item, they should be prepped and stocked consistently — especially during morning hours.
We will not be returning to this location. The Dunkin on Mountain Ave has better service, better stock, and employees who treat customers with basic courtesy instead of attitude.

If I could give zero stars I would ….. how are you going to charge me for a large hot macchiato and only give me half a cup of just foam ?? Please explain it to me ..and this isnt the first time … seems like some of your workers need to go back into their online training and actually pay attention this time …. don’t forget some of the people that do come in are from other dunkins … like myself

I was very excited for this Dunkin’ Donuts to open as it is right down the street from where I live. The people are very friendly however they’re supposed to be open until 7 PM. I get into town and usually I have a meeting or something to go to And the last five times I have gone there after 6;30. They tell me there’s no coffee or I can only get iced coffee because they are closing in a half hour. Last night I got there at 6:32.I can see if I went there at 6:55 but at 6:30! I never have that experience at any of the other Dunkin’ Donuts!

Ordered the bacon jam grilled cheese through mobile order along with some other things. I picked it up from inside then went back to my car. Before leaving I checked everything in my order and the grilled cheese only had cheese and bacon jam but no strips of bacon. I went back inside to ask for it to be corrected and everything was hunky-dory, so it seemed. I went back home, opened the sandwhich again to be sure and now there were two very long strands of hair in the sandwich. Those hairs weren’t there before, so I’m not sure if the workers at this Dunkin are simply extremely petty and immature when they get confronted about a mistake or they just have lackluster health protocols but I for one will never be going to this location ever again and would advise anyone else from bringing their business to the Hackettstown Dunkin Donuts near the CVS, 93 Main Street.

Went to this new Dunkin location today because was feeling off today, and needed a pick me up. So I came in and ordered the new mixed berry refresher and two donuts. They made the drinks as soon as I ordered, but it wasn’t too busy when I came in around early afternoon.
The worker after my drink and handed me my food. They gave me the donuts I picked out and told me they put an extra one in the bag for me. Which completely made my day of their small act of kindness.
I don’t remember their name unfortunately, but I really appreciated them doing that, just wanted to write this to thank that worker! Although the location might be small area wise, that worker really made my day.

Jesus , these people aren’t even busy and are running around like chickens dropping coffee and having really bad attitude for no reason. They messed up my orders. They don’t even have a plain bagel. When I was told the girls didn’t even make sense when explain they didn’t have PLAIN bagels. They’re so eager to rush you out and mess up. Really bad experience over all. Also bathroom are really clean but lobby super dirty.

It really is just as terrible as most of the reviews say. They are incredibly slow because nobody there seems to care at all. You would think that all Dunkin’s are about the same, but this one is just subpar all the way around.
