This might be the worst DQ I’ve been to. The manager was impatient and seemed to struggle with English as with most of the staff, the food was hit or miss, and of course the prices weren’t very justifiable. The $7 menu was bumped to a dollar and what I got was lackluster. The cheeseburger was ok. Not great, just lackluster while the fries and drink were pretty good.
The atmosphere was fine, though dealing with the manager was unpleasant. Not too many people were there. Then again, it’s near a highway. This is my first and hopefully only time there. Go to another one if you can.

I travel a lot and I’ve been to may restaurants. This was my first time eating at DQ and it was amazing.
I didn’t expect this DQ to be this good but it actually was very good, it was quick, warm and fresh, very nice restaurant.
I’d recommend it.

It’s been taken over by India The young lady is the nicest but even thought they close at 10 and you can’t go in at 8:30 to wash your hands or they will get upset they close the bathroom by 8:30. They don’t understand too well. So good luck. The food was at least hot

I walked over from Newborn’s truck stop to get a vanilla soft ice cream cone and it was delicious.. the restaurant itself was clean and the employees while very busy with the drive through were mostly friendly and professional yet somewhat disorganized.. I can’t vouch for the other food offerings here.. there were about 4 cars in the drive through though so I’m guessing the burgers are good or everyone was just getting ice cream.. there’s an outdoor patio here as well..

This location NEVER stays open until their posted Google hours. Google said they were open until 10 pm. We pulled up at 8:57 pm to find all of the lights out and the workers walking to their cars. And this is not the first time this has happened. Makes you wonder why they’re still in business

Worst DQ I have ever been to. The guy at the front told my husband he couldn’t use the free cone coupon for an ice cream cone that COMES WITH THE KIDS MEAL. We were the only people there I totally see why. If they can’t read the coupon in English the they need to go back to their country.

Is this an out of season April Fool’s joke? This is the saddest birthday cake I’ve ever seen. No color, sloppy writing, no sprinkles, no fun piping, just a whole lot of nothing. I wish my mother didn’t pay for it. The manager decorated it himself and said it was “colorful enough”. No, sir, it looks nothing like a DQ cake.
The burgers are awful. I’m not sure where the meat, pickles, buns etc. come from, but it’s very much NOT the ingredients that are meant for DQ restaurants. The taste and textures make me think it was fished out of a trash can at a gas station. On top of that, the bathrooms are filthier than your average fast food joint, and the tables were so sticky that the sleeves of my shirt got stuck.
This DQ seriously needs to be closed, the manager fired, and corporate needs to stop ignoring the overwhelming amount of problems at location just because it’s on the interstate. Go to Bremen if you need your DQ fix. Skip Carrollton, they seem to be in competition with the Tallapoosa location to be impressively bad.
