We ordered 10 pizzas online the day before for a church lunch. The pizzas arrived on time, piping hot, and tasted delicious! The delivery was fast and smooth. I also called to confirm the order, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great service

I wish I would have taken a picture of our pizza. I ordered a medium ExtravaganZZa Feast and stuffed cheesy bread. I was impressed with the amount of toppings and that they were evenly distributed.

I asked for two large pizas, one came to me so burned and the other was not complete with the ingredients I asked for. They told me to take them but I didn’t know how to go since I asked to please pick up them for me, they were going to send me a pilot and they never sent me anything.

Super slow. Went past the longest order estimate time. Crust is so bad and burned on this one. Another one was cut wrong. I’ve had a good order from here once, but I’ll find somewhere else if it’s 50/50 like this.

I’m writing to share a recent and deeply frustrating experience I had with the Domino’s located at 11135 Pendleton Pike, Suite 50, Indianapolis, IN 46236.

To be honest, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any business, and I’m typically a very patient and understanding person. But this situation was so disorganized and stressful that I feel obligated to share it.

We were planning a pizza party for our company and I planned to order 30 pizzas and breadsticks for delivery. I decided to place the order in person rather than by phone to avoid confusion. I first visited a Domino’s location just 7 minutes away from our office, but they said they don’t deliver to our address and directed me to the Pendleton Pike location.

I visited the Pendleton Pike store on Tuesday morning (6/3/25) to place the order for delivery at 11:00 AM the next day (Wednesday, 6/4/25). The woman who helped me in-store was fantastic—kind, patient, and went the extra mile by calling her manager when the register wasn’t working. After about 20 minutes, they were able to process the order. She gave me her manager’s name (Marlon) and the store’s number so I could call to make payment the next day.

We ended up rescheduling the pizza party to Thursday (6/5/25), giving the store even more advance notice. I texted Marlon and called the store to inform them that the delivery date had changed, and both confirmed they would update the delivery order.

However, when I called Thursday morning to make the payment, I was told the order was listed as carryout—not delivery. This was frustrating, as I had confirmed delivery at least three separate times. Still, I agreed to just pick it up myself to avoid further issues. Shortly after, Marlon texted to let me know the order was actually out for delivery, so I returned to the office.

Then, I called the store to double-check, only to be told again that the order was listed as carryout and was waiting for me to pick up. I was informed that the delivery address in the system was incorrect—it had been entered as the store’s own address. One of the employees said they were on the phone with another manager who confirmed it was supposed to be carryout. I texted Marlon again and headed back toward the store to pick it up.

Just as I was on my way, I received another call from the store saying, “Oops, never mind—it is out for delivery, and the driver is leaving in 3 minutes.” So I turned around and returned to the office once again.

The pizzas didn’t arrive until 12:00 PM—an hour later than the scheduled time. While I want to stress that everyone I interacted with (Marlon, the original employee who took the order, and the woman I spoke to on the phone) was kind and tried to be helpful, the overall communication and coordination from the store was absolutely terrible. I spent two stressful hours trying to figure out whether my order would be delivered or not.

Despite multiple confirmations of both the delivery time and method, the execution was a mess. This was a very disappointing experience, especially for such a large and planned order. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Attempted to order online. Charged my card but then the website said the payment could not go through for some reason. I called to ask what happened to my order and a store member said that the “app” (even though I did not use the app, which I explained) is a separate ordering system. That made no sense to me especially being that the STORE NUMBER was on the actual transaction. I asked for the manager. The extreme rude and condescending “manager” up on me as I tried to explain that the payment still went through on my end. I did not cuss, yell, nor exhibit any violital behavior that would constitute such a hostile response from someone who is supposed to manage a store let alone be in customer service. In the end, I had to report the transaction in order to get my money back. My suggestion, choose another location to pick up from and/or never order from the website! If there was a 0/5 star option for store #2558, they would receive it for sure!
