I had an amazing experience at this Arby’s thanks to Ms. Kim! She was super nice from the moment she took my order at the drive-thru until I pulled away. She went out of her way to make sure I had all the sauces I needed without me even having to ask twice. It’s rare to find such a friendly, welcoming attitude these days. I will definitely be coming back because of her!

This Arby’s Deluxe Burger blessed me proper. I was eating and just smiling like life was finally making sense. Very nostalgic, like back when fast food was not playing games. The burger was juicy, the fries tasted almost like manna from heaven, and that horseradish sauce plus Arby’s sauce combo were the cherry on the cake. I mixed everything together without shame. I even dipped the burger inside because life is short. It honestly felt like I was eating from the Tree of Life. I left elated, grateful, and good inside and outside. With food like this, Arby’s can bring peace to the Middle East. Five stars, no doubt. Argue with your ancestors.

Worst customer service by Stacia. She got annoyed when she had to correct our order. Wanted 2 roast beef sandwiches got one , wanted french fries got “0”. . My wife ask what sauces do you have, she stared at her with an annoyed face. Worst service ever. She should be sweeping floors at best.

Edit: losing another star. I ordered a corned beef reuben on St. Patrick’s day…. got turkey with lettuce and tomato, with thousand island on rye! It’s like they realized they were out of corned beef and thought I was STUPID! So wrong….

It’s drab and sleep inducing with the yellowed lighting and lack of customers in the dining area at any given time. The service is either high or bored constantly and makes no effort to let you know when your food is ready at the counter or bring it to you. The food itself is little more than TV dinner quality. Where the curly fries used to be my entire reason for going, they are no longer crispy, ringlets with a semi fluffy potato center but are now either crunchy pieces from previous batches that finally fell out of the basket and soggy curls that fall apart from the weight of the grease. The roast beef has never been amazing but now it somehow feels like it and the bread are one texture. I’ll give them props on the chicken fingers being pretty good but that’s really the only good thing I can find to mention about the place. Not gonna recommend Arby’s to anyone for sure.
