Don’t bother trying to order it here after 11:30. Ordered at 1137 got to the drive through at 1143, and all the lights are off. So stayed there for about 7 minutes at drive thru for mobile order..no response, once the window nobody was there just 2 employees are just closing the store. If there’s not enough business they should shift their hours to close at 11. Like 5 minutes until close maybe I would understand but the order was in at 1137. Hopefully get a refund.

Jose is the nicest most professional employee I have ever encountered at a Burger King! He was on top of everything when we visited this restaurant at night and the next afternoon (February 7th and 8th). Very welcoming and aware of what is happening in front of and behind the counter.

As a life long resident of Temecula, I’m very familiar with this Burger King. But to be honest the last time I went there was probably when I got a Men in Black toy in my happy meal lol if that doesn’t speak volumes on how frequent I visit. I received some coupons in the mail and have seen pics of the crispy tacos when going to Albertson’s. I decided to go today for lunch and just have to shout out ERIKA the assistant manger!! She took my order, made sure I got the best deal and didn’t cheat myself, 10 ⭐️ customer service and was as sweet as pie. She was the only employee I could see in the store from the drive thru, taking, bagging, and handing all the orders to a steady lunch rush and had a big smile on her face while doing it! I hope BK appreciates her and gives her the recognition she deserves cause good employees are far and few these days!

I’m beyond frustrated with Burger King! I ordered a Whopper and got charged $14 for it, but they gave me a cheeseburger instead — and to make it worse, the food was cold like it had been sitting out forever. This isn’t even the first time they’ve messed up my order. Last time, I had to pay extra just to get one extra sauce, and the order was wrong too! It’s ridiculous how careless they’ve become. For the prices they charge, you’d think they could at least get the order right and serve it hot. Never ordering from here again!

Man, I truly never get fast food but the once a year time I do, they always remind me why I never go. I ordered 3 small, cheaply made burgers and it came to $9.00

I received them a minute after I ordered so already I knew I’d be getting pre-made 45 minute ago burgers. The price for this low caliber food is ridiculous. I get it, this presidency and corrupt government have caused horrible inflation but regardless, I could have bought beef patties, lettuce, tomatoes and buns at the local Winco in town for the same price, made myself 6 burgers that would have tasted amazing and lasted me 3 days.

Years ago I’d eat at places like this probably once a week but back then, you could get a meal for $3.00 that at least tasted somewhat good. Now, I’m amazed any fastfood restaurants even remain in business.

I’m done. No more homeless bum food for me ever again.

Now I know why no one was in here at 8am on a Friday. Breakfast sandwich was barely edible. Bite size potatoes was ok, coffee was watery and no flavor. Place is dated and has roof tiles inside that are full of water stains. Very bad to see a business run this poorly. Not sure how the health department allows an eating establishment to have roof leaks all over. McDonald’s is right next door and is brand new, I will make a different choose next time, I hadn’t been to a Burger King in a long time, I should of made a better choose

Absolutely unacceptable experience. On 8/14/25 in the evening, I stopped at this location (30534 Rancho California Rd, Temecula, CA 92591) to grab my 7-year-old daughter a Jr. Chicken Sandwich. We live only 5 minutes away. When we got home, my daughter said the chicken was hard. I checked, and it was ice cold and hard as a brick — they had served her a completely frozen chicken patty.

I immediately returned to the restaurant to demand a refund. I politely asked the manager how such a dangerous mistake could happen, and her only response was, “I’m not sure.” No apology, no explanation, no concern for the fact that a child had been served inedible, unsafe food. To make matters worse, she processed the refund at a painfully slow pace, clearly in no rush to address the situation.

This is more than poor service. It is a serious food safety violation. If this is how they operate, I have no confidence that this location would pass a proper health inspection. Completely unprofessional, unorganized, and unsafe. Shame on the management for allowing this to happen. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location.

They put two onion rings in my small fries. If that’s not good service, I don’t know what is.

Whenever I get a hankering for some nostalgia I get a Whopper burger. I go to this location on Rancho California. Every single time I’ve been there I get such great service that I’m actually shocked. You don’t get good service very much anymore, especially at fast food places. Thank you. I’ll be back!
