Laverne is awesome.. she’s quick and efficient. I don’t come to smoothie king often so I was so undecided, she made great recommendations and was patient but has excellent multitasking skills which was great other customers were served quickly as I had time to figure my order out. Not to mention how clean the place is and what great energy Laverne has. She is definitely a smile and delight that was served with my smoothie. I’m glad I stopped in and we be coming around more. Oh I got the Power Meal smoothie, it’s great!!

I came in like always and order myself a acai cocoa haze with everything on it. EVERYTIME I order this at this location I always worry about spilling my acai because how full the fill it, which makes my day every time until today. I was already concerned how low it was then when i asked them to correct it they said that next time i will be charged more for extra fruit . And the girl after me as well was very upset with the portion she received after paying 12$ . I would think after taking 30 mins to make my order they would make it correct but i guess not . AND i thought presentation was key but now days it doesn’t matter , I didn’t think i pulled up to dairy queen with them trying the flip trend !!

I used to come to this location during my lunch break EVERY DAY. The staff was friendly, new my order, and had it ready for me as soon as I walked in. Then, something changed under the new management – orders were late, staff didn’t seem to care. I’d put in orders and come in only to find the people working were just hanging out in the backroom and hadn’t even seen that the order had come in. LAVERNE HAS TURNED THIS PLACE BACK AROUND. I came back on a whim expecting that my order wouldn’t be ready as that is what I had gotten accustomed to and it was ready to go, and to my surprise this became routine again (which was great for me who has a very limited lunch break). I asked the woman working if she was the new manager and she said yes and I thanked her for making this a place I could reliably go to again for a timely and efficient lunch. Glad things here are back to what they used to be.
